Claims (6)
- 配列番号1において190〜205番のアミノ酸部位または415〜440番のアミノ酸部位に一つ以上のアミノ酸変異を有し、
前記配列番号1において190〜205番のアミノ酸部位でのアミノ酸変異が、190番グルタミン酸のバリンへの置換(E190V)、195番グルタミンのヒスチジンへの置換(Q195H)、199番プロリンのセリンへの置換(P199S)及び201番チロシンのアラニンへの置換(Y201A)からなる群から選択されるものであり、
前記配列番号1において415〜440番のアミノ酸部位でのアミノ酸変異が、418番チロシンのヒスチジンへの置換(Y418H)、428番アスパラギンのアラニンへの置換(N428A)、432番グルタミンのグルタミン酸への置換(Q432E)、432番グルタミンのアラニンへの置換(Q432A)、435番リシンのアラニンへの置換(K435A)及び438番ロイシンのプロリンへの置換(L438P)からなる群から選択されるものである、
ピルビン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ変異体。 - 前記ピルビン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ変異体のアミノ酸配列が、配列番号14〜33からなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列である、請求項1に記載のピルビン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ変異体。
- 請求項1または2に記載のピルビン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ変異体をコードする、ポリヌクレオチド。
- 請求項1または2に記載のピルビン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ変異体を含む、L−アミノ酸生産能を有するコリネバクテリウム属微生物。
- 前記コリネバクテリウム属微生物が、コリネバクテリウム・グルタミカムである、請求項4に記載のL−アミノ酸生産能を有するコリネバクテリウム属微生物。
- (a)請求項4に記載のL−アミノ酸生産能を有するコリネバクテリウム属微生物を培地で培養してL−アミノ酸を生産する段階;及び
(b)前記微生物または培地からL−アミノ酸を回収する段階を含む、L−アミノ酸を生産する方法。
