Description
なお、バッテリは、鉛バッテリ、リチウムイオンバッテリ、ニッケル水素バッテリ等の二次電池で、化学反応を用いて充放電するため、その充放電速度が制約される。急速蓄電装置は、これ等のバッテリよりも急速な充放電が可能なもので、キャパシタやフライホイール型蓄電装置などである。
図1は、本発明が適用されたハイブリッド車両10の駆動系統の骨子図で、エンジン12と、そのエンジン12に入力軸14を介して連結された電気式差動機構16と、電気式差動機構16の伝達部材18に連結された出力軸20と、出力軸20から差動歯車装置(終減速装置)22を介して駆動力が伝達される一対の駆動輪24とを備えている。また、出力軸20には、自動変速機26を介して第2モータジェネレータMG2が接続されている。エンジン12は第1の走行用駆動力源で、ガソリンエンジン、ディーゼルエンジン等の燃料の燃焼で動力を発生する内燃機関であり、車両制御用ECU(Electronic Control Unit )70によって例えば最適燃費線上で作動させられる。

Claims (5)
- 走行用駆動力源として用いられる電動機と、
該電動機と駆動輪との間に配設された自動変速機と、
前記電動機の電源回路に設けられた充放電が可能な蓄電装置と、
を有する車両の制御装置において、
前記蓄電装置は、バッテリおよび該バッテリよりも急速な充放電が可能な急速蓄電装置を備えており、
前記車両の制御装置は、
前記自動変速機の変速時に、力行制御中の前記電動機のトルクを力行トルクの範囲内で低下させるトルクダウン制御を行なうトルクダウン制御部と、
前記自動変速機の変速時に前記トルクダウン制御が行なわれる前の変速前状態か否かを判断する変速前判断部と、
前記変速前状態と判断された場合に、前記トルクダウン制御による前記電動機の消費電力の急減に対して前記バッテリの出力の変化が追従できずに前記電源回路に生じる余剰電力を前記急速蓄電装置を用いて吸収するために、該急速蓄電装置に所定の空き容量を確保する空き確保制御部と、
を有し、前記空き確保制御部は、前記トルクダウン制御により前記消費電力の急減に伴って生じる余剰電力量を予め運転状態に基づいて予測し、該余剰電力量に応じて前記急速蓄電装置に所定の空き容量を確保する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 車速および要求駆動力をパラメータとして定められた変速線に隣接して設定された変速前領域のマップを備えており、
前記変速前判断部は、前記変速前領域の範囲内の場合に前記変速前状態と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記空き確保制御部は、前記空き容量を確保するために前記急速蓄電装置の蓄電可能上限値を引き下げる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記空き確保制御部は、前記空き容量を確保するために前記急速蓄電装置から放電する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記蓄電装置は、前記バッテリおよび前記急速蓄電装置の他に第3蓄電装置を備えており、
前記空き確保制御部は、前記電源回路の余剰電力を前記第3蓄電装置および前記急速蓄電装置を併用して吸収するため、該第3蓄電装置の充電性能および空き容量に基づいて該急速蓄電装置の空き容量を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
