- 一層構造の第1の導体層と、
一層構造の第2の導体層と、
前記第1及び第2の導体層間に介在する第1の絶縁層と、を備え、
前記第1の導体層は、
不透明な導電性材料を含み、網目状に形成された第1の電極と、
前記第1の電極と相互に電気的に接続されていると共に、不透明な導電性材料を含み、網目状に形成された第1の引出配線と、
前記第1の電極及び前記第1の引出配線に対して電気的に絶縁されていると共に、不透明な導電性材料を含み、複数のシールド線を交差させて構成され網目状に形成された第1のシールド層と、を少なくとも有し、
前記第2の導体層は、
前記第1の電極と対向して配置されていると共に、不透明な導電性材料を含み、網目状に形成された第2の電極と、
前記第2の電極と相互に電気的に接続されていると共に、不透明な導電性材料を含み、複数の細線を交差させて構成され網目状に形成された第2の引出配線と、を少なくとも有し、
前記第1の絶縁層は、
主部と、
前記主部上に設けられた凸部と、を有し、
前記第1の電極と、前記第1の引出配線と、前記第1のシールド層とは、一体的に形成され、実質的に同一平面上に形成され、
前記第2の電極と、前記第2の引出配線とは、一体的に形成され、実質的に同一平面上に形成され、
平面視において、前記第2の引出配線の少なくとも一部と、前記第1のシールド層とが重なり、
前記第1の導体層は、前記第1の絶縁層に接触していない非接触面を有し、前記非接触面を除いて前記第1の絶縁層の前記主部に埋設されており、
前記第2の導体層は、前記第1の絶縁層の前記凸部上に設けられており、
前記第1のシールド層は、導体線により構成されており、
前記導体線は、前記第2の引出配線に近づく側に向かうに従って幅狭となるテーパ形状を有し、
前記第2の引出配線は、前記導体線から離れる側に向かうに従って幅狭となるテーパ形状を有しており、
前記シールド線同士のピッチは、前記細線同士のピッチよりも広い配線体。 - 請求項1に記載の配線体であって、
前記第2の導体層は、前記第2の電極及び前記第2の引出配線に対して電気的に絶縁されると共に、前記第2の電極及び前記第2の引出配線と実質的に同一平面上に形成された第2のシールド層をさらに有し、
平面視において、前記第1の引出配線の少なくとも一部と、前記第2のシールド層とが重なる配線体。 - 請求項2に記載の配線体であって、
前記第2のシールド層は、網目状に形成されている配線体。 - 請求項3に記載の配線体であって、
前記第1の導体層における前記非接触面の面粗さは、前記第1の導体層における前記非接触面を除く他の面の面粗さに対して相対的に粗い配線体。 - 請求項4に記載の配線体であって、
下記(1)式を満たす配線体。

但し、上記(1)式において、AはC/Bの最大値であり、Bは前記第1の導体層の断面視における幅であり、Cは前記第1の導体層の断面視における高さである。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の配線体であって、
前記第1及び第2の導体層の少なくとも一方を覆う第2の絶縁層をさらに備える配線体。 - 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の配線体と、
前記配線体を支持する支持体と、を備える配線基板。 - 請求項7に記載の配線基板であって、
前記配線体と前記支持体の間に介在する第3の絶縁層をさらに備える配線基板。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の配線基板を備えるタッチセンサ。
