本明細書では、心臓モニタリングにおいて使用されるシステム、装置及び方法について説明する。通常、心臓モニタリングは、例えば心拍数又は心調律の変化について個人の心機能をモニタすることを含む。
図6に、個人の1又は2以上の生理的パラメータを検知するようにプログラム又は別様に構成されたコンピュータシステム601を例示する。生理的パラメータの非限定的な例としては、心拍数、血圧、体温、酸素飽和度、ECG、HRV及び活動レベルが挙げられる。コンピュータシステム601は、ユーザの電子装置635、又は電子装置635に対して遠隔地に位置するコンピュータシステムを含む。システム601との使用に適した電子装置としては、スマートフォン、スマートウォッチ、タブレット及びラップトップなどのモバイル電子装置が挙げられる。電子装置601は、生理的パラメータを検知するように構成された1又は2以上のセンサを含む。心拍数を測定するセンサは数多く知られている。好適なセンサの非限定的な例としては、例えば赤外線センサ/エミッタ、超音波センサ及び触覚センサなどの光センサが挙げられる。調律を測定するセンサとしては、心電図(ECG)を測定する電極、及び光電式容積脈波を測定する光センサが挙げられる。
いくつかの実施形態では、本明細書で説明する装置が、複数のさらなる生理的パラメータを検知及び/又分析するように構成される。本明細書で説明する装置及びシステムによって検知及び/又は分析されるパラメータ値の非限定的な例としては、心拍数、活動レベル、血圧、温度、パルス酸素及び心拍変動が挙げられる。いくつかの実施形態では、分析が、検知された第1の生理的パラメータと検知された第2の生理的パラメータとの比較と、第1及び第2の検知されたパラメータ値間に不一致が存在するかどうかの判定とを含む。
図7は、不一致モニタリングアルゴリズムの概略図である。ステップ700において、例えば本明細書で説明する装置又はシステムが心拍数及び活動レベルを検知する。いくつかの実施形態では、活動レベルが、ジャイロスコープ又は加速度計を用いて検知される。心拍数は、光ベースの又はその他の一般的に使用されている心拍数センサを用いて検知される。心拍数及び活動レベルを測定する装置は、同じ装置とすることも、又は複数の装置とすることもできる。例えば、スマートウォッチ又はその他のウェアラブル装置を、心拍数センサ及び活動レベルセンサを含むように構成することができる。

Claims (24)
- 心臓モニタリングのためのウェアラブル装置の作動方法であって、
個人によって着用された、腕輪又はスマートウォッチを含むウェアラブル装置の第1のセンサを用いて前記個人の活動レベル値を連続的に検知するステップと、
前記ウェアラブル装置の第2のセンサを用いて前記個人の心拍数値を連続的に検知するステップと、
前記活動レベル値及び前記心拍数値の間に不一致が存在するかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記不一致が存在すると判定された時に、前記ウェアラブル装置を用いて、前記個人に心電図を記録するように指示するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする作動方法。 - 前記第1のセンサは、加速度計を含む、

前記個人の前記活動レベル値と前記個人の前記心拍数値との間に不一致が存在するかどうかを判定させ、
前記不一致が存在すると判定された時に前記心電図を記録するように指示させる、
ように前記プロセッサによって実行可能である、
