Description
大径管体2と小径管体3をベローズ管4で連結できるように1次成形した成形品である等速ジョイント用ブーツ1の大径管体2を、下方に向かうように、ベース金型20に設けられた取出ブロック22の上部に配設し、ブーツ1を、前/後にスライド移動され、内側に支持溝42a、42bを備える一組のスライド金型41a、41bからなる支持金型40の内側領域に位置せしめ(図9参照)、支持金型40のスライド金型41a、41bを前進させることにより、ブーツ1を構成するベローズ管4の下端部の外周面及び大径管体2の外周面が、スライド金型41a、41bによって把持されるようにする(図10参照)。
支持金型40によって支持されたブーツ1の大径管体2の内側中心部にコア金型30を配置し、ブーツ1の大径管体2の内面とコア金型30との間の領域に、半円形突起状の肉厚の厚い厚肉部を成形するための第1成形空間C1と、肉厚の薄い薄肉部を成形するための第2成形空間C2とを相次いで円形に形成し(図7参照)、ランナ32を介してコア金型30の湯口31と連結される射出ゲート33を、ブーツ1の大径管体2の内面と以後に成形する結合部材5の上端との間に形成される分離線Gに最近接した領域に位置せしめ(図10参照)、密閉カバー60及び射出ブッシング51を備える射出金型50を支持金型40の上部に接触するように位置せしめ、ブーツ1の小径管体3及びベローズ管4が密閉カバー60のカバー溝61に密閉されるようにし、さらに、カーバ溝61の上端部がブーツ1を下方に押し下げることで、大径管体2の下端面が取出ブロック22の上面に緊密に接触するようにし、射出金型50の射出ブッシング51の下端が、コア金型30の湯口31の上面に緊密に接触するようにする(図11参照)。
射出金型50の上部に射出装置70を位置せしめ、射出装置70の射出シリンダ71を用いて供給される溶融樹脂材料を、射出ブッシング51の射出孔52、湯口31、ランナ32、及び射出ゲート33を経由して、ブーツ1の大径管体2の内面とコア金型30との間に設けられた第1成形空間C1に射出することにより、相互に連通する第1成形空間C1及び第2成形空間C2の下方から徐々に溶融樹脂材料が充填される(図12参照)。
コア金型30の内側に設けられる冷却手段を駆動して、大径管体2の内面とコア金型30との間の第1成形空間C1及び第2成形空間C2に射出成形された結合部材5を冷却した後、射出装置70を分離するとともに射出金型50を支持金型40から分離することにより、ブーツ1の小径管体3及びベローズ管4の密閉状態を解除し、スライドブロック41a、41bを後進させることにより、ベローズ管4の下端部及び大径管体2の外周面に対するスライドブロック41a、41bの支持状態を解除する(図13参照)。
ベース金型20に設けられた昇降シリンダ21の駆動により昇降する取出ブロック22によって結合部材5に対する二重射出が行われたブーツ1を、コア金型30から垂直に分離し(取り出し)(図13参照)、以後に専用化された排出ローダー(loader)または手作業により、ブーツ1を外部に排出する。

Claims (4)
前記ベース金型(20)の取出ブロック(22)の内側領域を通って上部に突出する成形加工部が備えられるもので、平らな上面の中央部に溶融樹脂材料が供給される湯口(31)を設け、湯口(31)から成形加工部に至るまで湯口(31)を中心として放射状に伸びていく複数のランナ(32)(runner)を設け、前記複数のランナ(32)の端部に射出ゲート(33)を設けることにより、溶融樹脂材料の射出構造を構成し、前記ランナ(32)は、射出ゲート(33)に向かって下向きに傾斜するように形成され、前記射出ゲート(33)は、コア金型(30)の成形加工部の外周面と、コア金型(30)を囲むように配設されるブーツ(1)の大径管体(2)の内周面との間に設定される分離線G(parting line)に最近接した上部領域に位置付けられるように構成した、コア金型(30)と;
前記ベース金型(20)の上部に設けられるもので、油圧シリンダまたは他の駆動手段により水平に前/後進して相互に噛み合ったり分離したりする一組のスライド金型(41a、41b)からなり、各スライド金型(41a、 41b)の内部には、ベローズ管(4)の下端部の外周面及び大径管体(2)の外周面を把持するための支持溝(42a、42b)を形成して構成した、支持金型(40)と;
前記支持金型(40)の上部に設けられ、油圧シリンダまたは他の駆動手段により垂直に昇降しながら支持金型(40)と接触したり分離したりするもので、中央部に設けられた密閉カバー(60)に上方に窪むカバー溝(61)を形成することで、ブーツ(1)の上端構成部である小径管体(3)及びベローズ管(4)を収容できるようにし、密閉カバー(60)のカバー溝(61)の中心部を垂直に貫通する射出ブッシング(51)を設けることで、射出ブッシング(51)の射出孔(52)より溶融樹脂材料を供給できるように構成した、射出金型(50)と;を含むことを特徴とする等速ジョイント用ブーツの結合部材の射出装置。
支持金型(40)によって支持されたブーツ(1)の大径管体(2)の内側中心部にコア金型(30)を配置し、ブーツ(1)の大径管体(2)の内面とコア金型(30)との間の領域に、半円形突起状の肉厚の厚い厚肉部を成形するための第1成形空間(C1)と、肉厚の薄い薄肉部を成形するための第2成形空間(C2)とを円形に連続形成し、ランナ(32)を介してコア金型(30)の湯口(31)と連結される射出ゲート(33)を、ブーツ(1)の大径管体(2)の内面と以後に成形する結合部材(5)の上端との間に形成される分離線(parting line)(G)に最近接した領域に位置せしめ、射出金型(50)に備えられる密閉カバー(60)をもってブーツ(1)の小径管体(3)及びベローズ管(4)を密閉するとともに、ブーツ(1)を下方に押し下げて大径管体(2)の下端面が取出ブロック(22)の上面に緊密に接触するようにし、射出金型(50)に備えられる射出ブッシング(51)の下端が、コア金型(30)の湯口( 31)の上面に緊密に接触するようにする、2次成形の準備ステップと;
射出金型(50)の上部に射出装置(70)を位置せしめ、射出装置(70)の射出シリンダ(71)を用いて供給される溶融樹脂材料を、射出ブッシング(51)の射出孔(52)、湯口(31)、ランナ(32)、及び射出ゲート(33)を経由して、ブーツ(1)の大径管体(2)の内面とコア金型(30)との間に設けられた第1成形空間(C1)に射出することにより、相互に連通する第1成形空間(C1)及び第2成形空間(C2)の下方から徐々に溶融樹脂材料が充填される、2次成形ステップと;
コア金型(30)の内側に設けられる冷却手段を駆動して、大径管体(2)の内面とコア金型(30)との間の第1成形空間(C1)及び第2成形空間(C2)に射出成形された結合部材(5)を冷却した後、射出装置(70)を分離するとともに射出金型(50)を支持金型(40)から分離することで、ブーツ(1)の小径管体(3)及びベローズ管(4)の密閉状態を解除し、スライドブロック(41a、41b)を後進させることで、ベローズ管(4)の下端部及び大径管体(2)の外周面に対するスライドブロック(41a、41b)の支持状態を解除する、冷却及び支持解除ステップと;
昇降シリンダ(21)の駆動により昇降する取出ブロック(22)によって結合部材(5)に対する二重射出が行われたブーツ(1)を、コア金型(30)から垂直に分離(取出)し、以後に専用化された排出ローダー(loader)または手作業により、ブーツ(1)を外部に排出する、取出ステップと;を含むことを特徴とする等速ジョイント用ブーツの結合部材の射出方法。
