図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかる換気扇1を送風管7に据え付けた状態を示す模式縦断面図である。図2は、本発明の実施の形態にかかる換気扇1の屋外側5の斜視図である。図3は、本発明の実施の形態にかかる換気扇1の屋外側5の分解斜視図であり、換気扇1から保護カバー80を外した状態を示す分解斜視図である。また、以下の図面では各構成部材の大きさの関係が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。
Claims (4)
- 円筒状の風洞、前記風洞の前面側の吸込口の周縁部に連接されて半径方向に広がるフランジおよび前記フランジの端縁に連接されて背面側へ突出する立ち上がり部を有する本体フレームと、前記風洞内で回転する羽根車を有する送風機と、を備え、室内の取り付け部に取り付けられる換気扇であって、
前記フランジの背面に取り付けられた第1電子部品および第2電子部品と、
前記フランジの背面に取り付けられて外形部に爪部を有する第3電子部品と、
前記フランジの背面に配線されて前記第1電子部品と前記第2電子部品との間を接続する内部配線と、
前記フランジの背面の面方向に対して垂直方向に前記フランジの背面から突出して設けられた第1リブと、前記第1リブの側面から前記フランジの背面の面方向に対して平行な方向または前記フランジの背面に向かって突出して設けられた第2リブと、を備えて、前記第2リブの下面と前記フランジの背面との間に前記内部配線を保持する保持部と、
前記フランジの背面から背面側に突出して前記第3電子部品を保持する電子部品保持部と、
前記フランジの背面における前記保持部に対向する位置において前記フランジの背面から背面側に突出した突起部と、
を備え、
前記保持部は、前記第1リブにおける前記第2リブよりも上部の領域に、前記爪部を取り付けるための取り付け穴を備え、前記爪部が前記取り付け穴に挿入されることにより前記第3電子部品を保持し、
前記電子部品保持部と前記突起部との間に前記内部配線を保持すること、
を特徴とする換気扇。 - 前記保持部は、前記フランジの背面と一体成形されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の換気扇。 - 前記内部配線を背面側から覆って前記本体フレームの背面側に取り付けられた保護カバーを備えること、
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の換気扇。 - 前記換気扇の運転時に前記風洞を開放し、前記換気扇の停止時に前記風洞を閉鎖するシャッター部を備え、
前記第1電子部品は、前記シャッター部の開閉を制御する電動機であり、
前記第2電子部品は、供給される交流電力を前記電動機に供給する電源基板であり、
前記第3電子部品が、外部電源から供給される交流電力を前記電源基板に供給する電源部であること、
を特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の換気扇。
