Description
カバー100は、バルブ(bulb)形状を有し、中空であり、一部分が開口された開口130を有する。
光源モジュール200は所定の光を放出する。
反射体300は放熱体400と結合する。具体的に、反射体300は放熱体400の部材410と結合することができる。
放熱体400には光源モジュール200が配置される。そして、放熱体400は光源モジュール200から熱が伝達され放熱する。また、放熱体400はカバー100と結合し、電源提供部600とハウジング500を収納する。
図9は、図2に示されたハウジングのみの斜視図である。
図2を参照すると、電源提供部600は、支持基板630と、前記支持基板630上に載置される多数の部品610を備えることができる。前記多数の部品610は、例えば、外部電源から提供される交流電源を直流電源に変換する直流変換装置、光源モジュール200の駆動を制御する駆動チップ、光源モジュール200を保護するためのESD(Electrostatic Discharge)保護素子等を備えることができるが、これに限定されない。

Claims (18)
- 一部分が開口されている中空のカバーと、
前記カバーに結合されている放熱体と、
前記カバーの内部に配置されている反射体と、
前記カバーの内部に配置されている複数の光源モジュールと、を有し、
前記放熱体は、
部材と、
前記部材の下端に結合されているベース部と、
前記ベース部の外面に配置されている複数の放熱フィンと、
前記部材と前記ベース部を貫通する貫通孔と、を有し、
前記部材は、前記複数の光源モジュールと同数の側面を有し、
前記反射体は、
前記部材の上端に配置されている第1の部分と、
前記貫通孔の上端の少なくとも一部分をカバーする第2の部分と、を有し、
前記反射体は、電気絶縁性を備えた白色材質であり、
前記複数の光源モジュールのそれぞれは、互いに異なる前記部材の側面に配置され、
前記複数の光源モジュールは、導電性材質のターミナルプレートによって連結されている、照明装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記放熱体は、樹脂材質によって構成されている照明装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記放熱体は、金属材質によって構成されている照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の放熱フィンのそれぞれは、外側にいくほど薄くなる照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の放熱フィンのそれぞれは、厚さが0.8mm以上3.0mm以下である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の放熱フィンは、隣接する2つの放熱フィンの最外側間の間隔が6mm以上7mm以下であり、最内側間の間隔は4mm以上6mm以下である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項において、
前記部材の側面と照明装置の中心軸との角度は、3度以下である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項において、
前記部材の側面と照明装置の中心軸との角度は、0.3度以上3度以下である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の光源モジュールは、前記ターミナルプレートを介して直列に連結されている照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一項において、
前記ターミナルプレートは、折り曲げ可能である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一項において、
前記ターミナルプレートは、厚さが0.1mm以上0.5mm以下である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか一項において、
前記反射体の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記部材の上面上に配置されている照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか一項において、
前記反射体の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、平坦な面又は前記カバー方向に凸の曲面を有する照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか一項において、
前記反射体と前記カバーの最上端の距離は、15mm以上である照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の光源モジュールのそれぞれは、
基板と、
前記基板の中心を基準として、前記基板上に対称に配置されている発光素子と、を有する照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の光源モジュールのそれぞれは、
基板と、
前記基板上に対称に配置されている発光素子と、を有し、
前記基板の表面は、反射材質でコーティングされている照明装置。 - 請求項15又は請求項16において、
前記発光素子を覆うレンズを有する照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれか一項において、
前記複数の放熱フィンのそれぞれは、
第1の高さを備える第1の領域と、
前記第1の高さよりも高い第2の高さを備える第2の領域と、
前記第2の高さよりも低い第3の高さを備える第3の領域と、を有し、
前記第1の領域は、前記第2の領域よりも前記カバー、前記反射体、及び前記複数の光源モジュールに近接し、
前記第2の領域は、前記第3の領域よりも前記カバー、前記反射体、及び前記複数の光源モジュールに近接する照明装置。
