一种LED灯具,包括光源部、灯座和灯头,灯头和光源部分别设于灯座两端,所述灯座包含周壁、盖体、通风管和多个脊部,所述周壁与灯头连接,所述周壁外侧围设有若干向外发散延伸的鳍片,相邻鳍片间形成通道,所述鳍片连接于所述周壁和盖体,所述盖体设有一通孔,所述通风管与盖体连接并与所述通孔及通道导通,所述脊部形成在盖体上、通风管周围,所述光源部设置于所述脊部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,特别涉及一种具有高散热性能的LED灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)具有亮度高、工作电压低、功耗小、易与集成电路匹配、驱动简单、寿命长等优点,从而可作为光源广泛应用于照明领域。
现有的LED灯具在使用时会产生大量的热量,如果不及时散热,将引起LED灯具自身温度升高,对LED灯具的使用性能和安全性造成影响。目前,现有的LED灯具是将设置有LED元件的PCB灯板固定在LED灯具外部的散热鳍片上实现散热,然而散热鳍片通常采用金属材质制成,不仅增加了整个LED灯具的重量,且提升了制造过程中的复杂度,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种LED灯具,在保证良好的散热性能的前提下,还可以克服上述缺陷。
一种LED灯具,包括光源部、灯座和灯头,灯头和光源部分别设于灯座两端,所述灯座包含周壁、盖体、通风管和多个脊部,所述周壁与灯头连接,所述周壁外侧围设有若干向外发散延伸的鳍片,相邻鳍片间形成通道,所述鳍片连接于所述周壁和盖体,所述盖体设有一通孔,所述通风管与盖体连接并与所述通孔及通道导通,所述脊部形成在盖体上、通风管周围,所述光源部设置于所述脊部。
本发明通过在LED灯具内部设置由通风管、通孔、收容腔、通道形成的内部空气流通路径,在LED灯具外部设置由通风管和脊部围设成的凹部以形成LED灯具外部空气流通路径,实现了对LED灯具的有效散热。另外,通过将脊部设置于通风管外围,实现了LED灯具的全周式发光。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的一实施例中的LED灯具10,包括灯头100、与灯头100连接的灯座200、设置于灯座200的光源部300。在图2中,灯头100、灯座200、光源部300由自下而上的方向排列。所述光源部300包含电路板310和若干LED元件320。
所述灯头100可以是一标准灯头,用于与外部插座连接时,将该LED灯具10与外部电源形成电连接。
请参阅图4,所述灯座200可为铝合金、镁合金、锌合金、导热塑料或陶瓷等材料制成。所述灯座200包括周壁210、盖体220、通风管230和多个脊部240。
所述周壁210上下两端各形成一开口,即上开口2101和下开口2102。所述下开口2102与灯头100连通。所述周壁210内形成一用于收容电子元件的收容腔2103。在一具体的实施例中,该周壁210呈圆筒状。
请一并参阅图5,所述周壁210外侧围设有若干向外发散延伸的鳍片211,以增强LED灯具10的散热性能。相邻的鳍片211间设有通道212。所述鳍片211靠近周壁210的上开口2101所在的一端,且鳍片211的上端延伸超出周壁210的上端。
所述盖体220的两端分别设有通孔221和开口222。在一具体实施例中,盖体220大致呈一碗状结构。所述通孔221和开口222分别位于盖体220的小端2202和大端2201。所述盖体220的开口222朝向周壁210,且盖体220罩设在鳍片211上,盖体220的内壁与鳍片211连接。所述通孔221形成在所述盖体220的小端2202的中心。该通孔221的孔径小于周壁210的上开口2101的孔径。
由于鳍片211高出所述周壁210,使得盖体220与周壁210的上端之间形成间隙223,该间隙223连通鳍片211之间的通道212以及盖体220的通孔221。所述通孔221、间隙223和通道212之间相互导通,可加速收容腔2103以及整个灯座200内的空气流动,以增强LED灯具10的散热性能。
所述通风管230连接在盖体220的小端2202,并与通孔221连通,因此通过通风管230可进一步延伸导通鳍片211间的通道212、间隙223以及通孔221,以在灯座200内形成贯穿的气流通道。
请参阅图2和图4,所述脊部240形成在盖体220上,同时形成在通风管230的周围。所述脊部240将盖体220分隔成若干份。在一实施例中,脊部240为三个,对称设置在通风管230的周围。每一脊部240包括顶壁241、底壁242和两相对的侧壁243。底壁242可以看成是由盖体220的相应部分朝向周壁210向内凹陷形成,底壁242的一端连接在周壁210的上端,另一端连接通风管230的下端。所述顶壁241由通风管230向外侧延伸而成。所述顶壁241与通风管230的长度方向垂直。在本实施例中,所述顶壁241由通风管230水平延伸而出(图2所示)。两个侧壁243由顶壁241的相对两侧沿通风管230的长度方向朝底壁242延伸。
两个侧壁243分别设置在顶壁241和底壁242之间,每一侧壁243连接顶壁241和底壁242的相同侧。
在一实施例中,所述脊部240的顶壁241和两侧壁243形成一倒“U”型结构。在顶壁241和侧壁243外侧设置光源部300。所述脊部240的顶壁241和侧壁243增加了对光源部300的散热面积,对光源部300进行散热。所述脊部240在顶壁241、侧壁243和通风管230之间构建成一凹部244,形成了LED灯具10外部的空气流动的通道,对光源部300进行散热,增强了LED灯具10的散热性能。
所述光源部300包括若干电路板310和设置于电路板310的若干LED元件320。所述若干LED元件320与电路板310电连接。所述电路板310可为铝基电路板、铜基电路板、玻璃纤维电路板、多层膜复合式电路板或软性电路板。所述电路板310为“U”型电路板。所述电路板310骑设于脊部240上。所述电路板310包含贴设于脊部240顶壁241的横板311和两贴设于脊部240侧壁243的竖板312。在生产过程中,可采用折弯工艺制造所述“U”型电路板310,每一电路板310从脊部240的顶壁241向盖体220的方向推进而固定于每一脊部240上。可以理解的是,所述每一“U”型电路板310也可以由三块独立的电路板组合而成。在本实施例中,三个脊部240自通风管230向外发散分布,相邻两脊部240之间夹角为120°,因此三组LED元件320装设在脊部240上,增加了所述LED灯具10的发光角度,实现了全周式发光。
所述LED灯具10还包括灯罩400。所述灯罩400罩设所述光源部300。所述灯罩400与灯座200扣合。所述灯罩400包括与通风管230相配合的开孔410和与脊部240配合的缺口420。在本实施例中,开孔410与通风管230相配合,缺口420与凹部244相配合。所述灯罩400为透明或半透明的玻璃或塑料。所述灯罩400的具有凸出或凹陷于表面的点状数组结构或雾面扩散表面,对出光角度进行优化,以使得LED灯具10出光均匀。
对于本领域的技术人员来说可以做本发明技术构思内做其他变化,但是,根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED灯具,包括光源部、灯座和灯头,灯头和光源部分别设于灯座两端,其特征在于:所述灯座包含周壁、盖体、通风管和多个脊部,所述周壁与灯头连接,所述周壁外侧围设有若干向外发散延伸的鳍片,相邻鳍片间形成通道,所述鳍片连接于所述周壁和盖体,所述盖体设有一通孔,所述通风管与盖体连接并与所述通孔及通道导通,所述脊部形成在盖体上、通风管周围,所述光源部设置于所述脊部;所述鳍片延伸超过周壁的一端,使所述盖体与周壁间形成间隙,所述间隙导通所述通道及通孔;所述盖体包括小端和大端,所述通孔设置在盖体的小端,所述盖体罩设所述鳍片;所述盖体的内壁与鳍片连接;所述脊部包括顶壁、底壁和两相对的侧壁,所述底壁由盖体朝周壁向内凹陷形成,顶壁由通风管向外侧延伸而成,两相对的侧壁由顶壁的相对两侧沿通风管向底壁延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述周壁为一圆筒状结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述顶壁和两相对侧壁构成一倒“U”型结构。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述脊部为三个,所述三个脊部呈自通风管向外发散分布,三个脊部间的夹角为120°。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:光源部包含电路板和若干LED元件,所述电路板为一体成型的“U”型弯折电路板,所述“U”型电路板夹设于脊部上。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述LED灯具还包括一罩设于灯座的灯罩,所述灯罩包含与通风管相配合的开孔和与脊部相配合的缺口。
