Description
ハウジング100は、光学板200、反射体300、光源部400、駆動部500及び放熱体600を収納することができる。ハウジング100は、放熱体600とともに実施形態に伴う照明装置の外観を構成することができる。
光学板200は、ハウジング100の内部に配置される。具体的に、光学板200は、ハウジング100の上部開口110aに配置することができる。
反射体300はハウジング100の内部に配置される。具体的に、反射体300は、ハウジング100の下部開口110bを介してハウジング100の内部空間に収納することができる。
実施形態に伴う照明装置は、反射シートをさらに備えることができる。このために、図7ないし図8を参照して具体的に説明することにする。
光源部400は、光を放出する発光素子430を有する。
駆動部500は外部から電源が提供され、提供された電源を光源部400に合うように変換する。そして、変換された電源を光源部400に供給する。
放熱体600はハウジング100と結合する。具体的に、ハウジング100の下部開口110bに配置することができる。
図6を参照すると、放熱体600上に光源部400が、光源部400上に反射体300が配置される。具体的に、放熱体600の突出部630上に光源部400の基板410が、基板410上に反射体300の反射部310が配置される。しかし、これに限定されるのではなく、放熱体600上に光源部400と反射体300を共に配置することができる。具体的に、放熱体600の突出部630の上面上に光源部400の基板410が配置され、反射体300の反射部310が基板410を囲みながら突出部630の上面上に配置することもできる。
実施形態に伴う照明装置は、放熱パッド700をさらに備えることができる。

Claims (18)
- ベース部と、
前記ベース部上に配置された基板と、
前記基板の上面に配置された複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子上に配置された光学板と、
前記基板から前記光学板側に行くほど直径が増加する円筒部(310)が内部に配置され、前記ベース部上に配置され、前記ベース部と結合するハウジングと、
を含む照明装置であって、
前記円筒部は、前記基板の上面と鈍角を形成する傾斜面(310a)を含み、
前記ハウジングは、円筒形状であって、上端部と下端部を含み、
前記ハウジングの上端部の外径は、前記ハウジングの下端部の外径より大きく、
前記ハウジングは、外面を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記外面から延び、当該照明装置を固定するための複数の凸部(150)を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記ベース部に係合する溝(190)を有し、
前記複数の凸部(150)のうちの何れか一つは、前記溝(190)に隣接して配置される、照明装置。 - 前記円筒部の傾斜面上に配置された反射シート(3000)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記反射シートは、中心に円形の開口が形成された円形のベースシート(3100)を含み、
前記ベースシートは、互いに離隔した一端と他端を含み、
前記反射シートは、前記ベースシートの他端に配置された連結シート(3500)を含み、
前記ベースシートは、前記ベースシートの一端に形成された切込部(3110)を有し、
前記連結シートは、前記切込部と結合する、請求項2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ベースシートの他端の幅は、前記連結シートの幅より大きい、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記連結シートは、第1連結部(3510)と前記第1連結部に連結された第2連結部(3530)を含み、
前記第2連結部は、前記第1連結部より前記ベースシートの他端にさらに近く配置された、請求項3又は4に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2連結部の幅は、前記第1連結部の幅より小さい、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記切込部の切込の長さは、前記第1連結部の幅よりさらに小さい、請求項5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記切込部の切込の長さは、前記第2連結部の幅と同じである、請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ベース部から上に延びた突出部(630)を含み、
前記ベース部は、溝(611)と孔(613)とを有する、請求項2ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記円筒部は、前記光学板をガイドするガイド部(330)を含み、
前記ガイド部は、前記円筒部の上端部から上に突出した、請求項2ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記基板の上面は、円形状を有し、
前記基板の上面の直径は、前記円筒部の最小直径と異なる、請求項2ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の凸部(150)は、前記ハウジングの外面に一定間隔で配置される、請求項2ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、孔(170)を有する、請求項2ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記基板の下に配置され、回路基板を含む駆動部をさらに含み、
前記基板は、孔(415)を有し、
前記複数の発光素子は、前記回路基板と電気的に連結された、請求項2ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記基板は、下面及び前記基板の上面と前記基板の下面との間に配置された外周面を含み、
前記基板の外周面は、曲面と平面を含む、請求項2ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの上端部から下端部に向かう方向に延び所定の長さを有する複数の線を含み、
前記複数の線の各々は、前記ハウジングの外面から突出して段差を形成する、請求項2ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の線は、第1の線と第2の線とを含み、
前記第1の線の長さは、前記第2の線の長さと異なる、請求項16に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングの外面の少なくとも一部は曲面であり、
前記曲面は、前記ハウジングの下端部と前記ハウジングの上端部との間に配置された、請求項2ないし17のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
