Abstract

本发明公开了一种方便散热的LED灯,包括灯头、散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体和泡壳,所述的散热灯杯内部为中空结构,散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起,所述的驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯内壁之间留有通风的空隙,在散热灯杯上部设有高出灯杯上表面的灯座,灯座侧壁上设有基板,基板上固定有LED光源,灯座内设有上下贯通整个灯座的通风道,在泡壳顶部设有通风孔,所述空隙与灯座的通风道空气连通,空隙下部与外界空气连通,通风道上部通过泡壳的通风孔与外界空气连通。本发明在灯体内部设置了空气流道,使空气进入能带走驱动电源及LED光源产生的热量,降低了电源工作的环境温度,保证了其使用寿命;还能有效降低灯杯外壳的温度,更加保护人的双手不被烫伤。

Description

一种方便散热的LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,特别涉及一种方便散热的LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯工作是否稳定,品质好坏,与灯体本身散热至关重要,以往人们都着眼于LED光源的散热,通过改进散热灯杯的形状、构造、材质等以优化其散热性能,但通常对LED驱动电源的散热考虑不周。
例如,现有技术的大功率LED照明灯一般采用中空的散热灯杯,灯杯上部设有固定LED发光组件的灯座,驱动电源壳体套在散热灯杯内,驱动电源壳体的上下端均为封闭状态,而驱动电源壳体的内壁紧贴于驱动电源容纳腔的内壁。灯具工作时,LED光源的热量通过灯座传至散热灯杯再散发出去,因为在灯具工作中散热灯杯本身已携带了LED光源的热量,所以驱动电路板处于散热灯杯内的高温环境中,热量难以有效散发,久而久之会影响驱动电源的电子元器件的正常工作,从而影响LED照明灯整体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种分流散热的LED灯,该LED灯采用内外分流散热结构,内散热是指通过灯体内部通风将驱动电源及LED光源产生的一部分热量带走,外散热是指LED光源导热到散热灯杯外壳的热量由自然对流散走;从而不仅有效降低灯杯外壳的温度,保护人的双手不被烫伤,还可以对驱动电源进行散热,从而减轻散热灯杯对电源的温度影响,降低电源的环境温度,延长了电源的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种方便散热的LED灯,包括灯头、散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体和泡壳,所述的散热灯杯内部为中空结构,散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起,所述的驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯内壁之间留有通风的空隙,在散热灯杯上部设有高出灯杯上表面的灯座,灯座侧壁上设有基板,基板上固定有LED光源,灯座内设有上下贯通整个灯座的通风道,在泡壳顶部设有通风孔,所述空隙与灯座的通风道空气连通,空隙下部与外界空气连通,通风道上部通过泡壳的通风孔与外界空气连通。
作为优选,所述的灯座外轮廓形状为多面体、圆柱体或圆台体中的任一种形状。灯座采用上述立体形状,可扩大整灯的发光角度,达到近似于白炽灯的照明效果。
作为优选,所述的灯座外轮廓形状为棱台形,在灯座的每个侧面上固定有一块基板。
为了进一步对LED传导至灯座的热量进行散热,作为优选,在灯座的通风道内设有沿纵向布置的内散热片。
作为优选,在驱动电源壳体外周上固定设有与散热灯杯底部相抵的承接环,在承接环上沿周向设有多个使外界与所述的空隙下部保持空气流通的孔洞。承接环不仅可以托住散热灯杯,在承接环上开设了多个孔洞,使所述的空隙下部可以通过孔洞与外界空气流通以进行散热。
作为优选,在驱动电源壳体侧壁上沿周向设有至少两个对壳体进行限位的凸筋,所述的凸筋与散热灯杯内壁相抵。凸筋的设置不仅可以对驱动电源壳体进行限位,方便其安装,还使得壳体与灯杯内壁间留有形成空气流道的空隙。
作为优选,在散热灯杯的外周上沿周向分布有多个纵向设置的外散热片。
为了方便安装,作为优选,在凸筋顶部设有螺孔,凸筋与散热灯杯通过螺钉相连。
作为优选,在泡壳顶部设有开孔,在开孔内卡设有环形圈,在环形圈内设有通风盖,通风孔设置在通风盖上。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的设计思想及有益效果是:
本发明在灯体内部设置了空气流道,即在驱动电源壳体与灯杯内壁间留有形成空气流道的空隙,而灯座内设有上下贯通灯座的通风道,所述的空隙与通风道保持空气连通,而空隙下部和通风道上部又均与外界空气连通,使空气进入能带走驱动电源及LED光源产生的热量,不仅降低了电源工作的环境温度,保证了其使用寿命;还能有效降低灯杯外壳的温度,更加保护人的双手不被烫伤。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:本实施例的一种方便散热的LED灯,如图1~4所示,包括灯头1、散热灯杯2、驱动电源壳体3和泡壳4,所述的散热灯杯2内部为中空结构,散热灯杯2与驱动电源壳体3套接在一起,在驱动电源壳体3内安装有驱动电源5,在驱动电源壳体3上部罩设有盖子20,在散热灯杯2的外周上沿周向分布有多个纵向设置的外散热片12;所述的驱动电源壳体3与散热灯杯2内壁之间留有通风的空隙6。
所述的空隙6是这样形成的,驱动电源壳体3的外径小于散热灯杯2的内径,在驱动电源壳体3侧壁上沿周向设有3个对壳体进行限位的凸筋7,所述的凸筋7与散热灯杯2内壁相抵,凸筋7的设置使得驱动电源壳体与灯杯内壁间保持了固定的间距;同时为了方便安装固定,在凸筋7顶部设有螺孔,凸筋7与散热灯杯2通过螺钉相连,从而将驱动电源壳体3与散热灯杯2连接在一起。
为增大整灯的发光角度,在散热灯杯2上部设有高出灯杯上表面的灯座8,灯座8侧壁上设有基板,基板上固定有LED光源,具体地说,所述的灯座8外轮廓形状为棱台形,在灯座8的每个侧面上固定有一块铝制的基板9,在基板9上固定有一组LED光源10,基板9与灯座8通过螺丝相连。由此整灯的发光角度为300度左右,可以达到能源之星的标准,比传统LED灯发光的180度相比具有更大覆盖面,几乎与白炽灯的角度一致。
灯座8也为中空结构,在灯座8内设有上下贯通整个灯座的通风道11,在灯座8的通风道11内设有沿纵向布置的内散热片13。
在泡壳4顶部设有圆形的开孔14,在开孔14内卡设有环形圈15,在环形圈15内设有通风盖16,在通风盖16上设置有多个通风孔17,通风道11的上部通过通风孔17与外界空气保持连通。
在驱动电源壳体3下部的外周上固定设有与散热灯杯2底部相抵的承接环18,在承接环18上沿周向设有多个使外界空气与所述的空隙6下部保持空气流通的孔洞19,驱动电源壳体3由导热塑料制成,可有效散发热量。
所述空隙6上部与通风道11下部保持空气连通,因此构成整灯的内散热空气流道;如图5所示,在灯具工作时,驱动电源5产生的热量向空隙6内散发,LED光源10产生的热量一部分通过灯座8的内散热片13向灯座的通风道内散发,另一部分热量通过灯座传导至散热灯杯的外散热片12进行散发;如图5中箭头方向所示,空气流从通风孔进入,流经通风道11、空隙6再从空隙6的底部排出,从而将通风道、空隙内的热量带走;而散热灯杯的外散热片12的热量则由空气自然对流散走,空气走向如图5中箭头方向所示。
整灯内外散热相结合,不仅降低了电源工作的环境温度,保证了其使用寿命;还尽最大限度将LED光源产生的热量散走,有效降低灯杯外壳的温度,更加保护人的双手不被烫伤。
此外,本发明的LED灯还可以内置风扇,进一步提升散热效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种方便散热的LED灯,包括灯头、散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体和泡壳,所述的散热灯杯内部为中空结构,散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起,其特征是:所述的驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯内壁之间留有通风的空隙,在散热灯杯上部设有高出灯杯上表面的灯座,灯座侧壁上设有基板,基板上固定有LED光源,灯座内设有上下贯通整个灯座的通风道,在泡壳顶部设有通风孔,所述空隙与灯座的通风道空气连通,空隙下部与外界空气连通,通风道上部通过泡壳的通风孔与外界空气连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:所述的灯座外轮廓形状为多面体、圆柱体或圆台体中的任一种形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:所述的灯座外轮廓形状为棱台形,在灯座的每个侧面上固定有一块基板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在灯座的通风道内设有沿纵向布置的内散热片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在驱动电源壳体外周上固定设有与散热灯杯底部相抵的承接环,在承接环上沿周向设有多个使外界与所述的空隙下部保持空气流通的孔洞。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在驱动电源壳体侧壁上沿周向设有至少两个对壳体进行限位的凸筋,所述的凸筋与散热灯杯内壁相抵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在散热灯杯的外周上沿周向分布有多个纵向设置的外散热片。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在凸筋顶部设有螺孔,凸筋与散热灯杯通过螺钉相连。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便散热的LED灯,其特征是:在泡壳顶部设有开孔,在开孔内卡设有环形圈,在环形圈内设有通风盖,通风孔设置在通风盖上。
