Abstract
本发明公开了一种散热性好的LED灯，包括散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体，所述的散热灯杯内部中空且两端开口，散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起，所述的驱动电源壳体外径小于散热灯杯的内径，在驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯之间形成有垂直贯通散热灯杯两端开口的散热通道。本发明在驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯内壁间设置了直上直下的散热通道，散热通道上下部均与外界空气保持连通，使得空气可以进入到散热灯杯内并带走驱动电源产生的热量，从而不仅避免了散热灯杯对驱动电源的影响，还对驱动电源进行有效对流散热，使得电源环境温升下降约5％。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域，特别涉及一种散热性好的LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯工作是否稳定，品质好坏，与灯体本身散热至关重要，以往人们都着眼于LED光源的散热，通过改进散热灯杯的形状、构造、材质等以优化其散热性能，但通常对LED驱动电源的散热考虑不周。
例如，现有技术的大功率LED照明灯一般采用中空的散热灯杯，灯杯内设有固定LED发光组件的基座，基座将散热灯杯的空腔隔成LED发光组件容纳腔和驱动电源容纳腔，驱动电源壳体套在驱动电源容纳腔内，驱动电源容纳腔的上下端均为封闭状态，而驱动电源壳体的内壁紧贴于驱动电源容纳腔的内壁，因为散热灯杯本身已携带了LED光源的热量，所以驱动电路板处于散热灯杯内的高温环境中，热量难以有效散发，久而久之会影响驱动电源的电子元器件的正常工作，从而影响LED照明灯整体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种对驱动电源进行散热的LED灯，从而减轻散热灯杯对电源的温度影响，降低电源的环境温度，延长了电源的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种散热性好的LED灯，包括散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体，所述的散热灯杯内部中空且两端开口，散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起，所述的驱动电源壳体外径小于散热灯杯的内径，在驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯之间形成有垂直贯通散热灯杯两端开口的散热通道。
作为优选，在驱动电源壳体外周上固定设有与散热灯杯底部相抵的承接环，在承接环上沿周向设有多个使外界与散热通道下部保持空气流通的孔洞。承接环不仅可以托住散热灯杯，在承接环上开设了多个孔洞，使所述的空隙下部可以通过孔洞与外界空气流通以进行散热。
作为优选，在散热灯杯的内壁上沿周向向内凸设有多个限位块，两两相邻的限位块间留有间隔，在限位块包围的空间内设有灯座，灯座的外径小于散热灯杯的内径，灯座的外周壁与限位块相贴，在灯座的外周上设有至少两个安装位，所述的安装位搁置在限位块上且与限位块通过螺丝相连。限位块的设置可以对灯座进行支撑，还由于限位块之间留有间隔使得散热通道保持畅通。
作为优选，在灯座内固定有铝基板，在铝基板上设有LED光源，在灯座上方设有透镜，透镜的外径小于散热灯杯的内径，在透镜的周缘设有与灯座的安装位相对应的安装脚，在安装脚上设有安装孔，所述的透镜通过螺丝与灯座、限位块相连。
作为优选，在散热灯杯上方设有灯盖，所述的灯盖呈圆环形，透镜从灯盖中露出，在灯盖上沿周向均匀设有多个使散热通道上部与外界空气保持流通的通孔。灯盖上设置多个通孔，使得散热通道上部与外界保持空气流通。
作为优选，沿灯盖周缘向下延伸设有至少两对卡脚，所述的卡脚底部带有卡钩，灯盖通过卡脚、卡钩与透镜的安装脚卡接。灯盖与透镜卡接，方便安装。
作为优选，在驱动电源壳体外壁上凸设有对自身进行限位的凸筋，所述的凸筋与散热灯杯的内壁相贴。凸筋的设置不仅可以对驱动电源壳体进行限位，方便其安装，还使得壳体与灯杯内壁间留有空隙，形成散热通道。
为了更好的对LED光源进行散热。作为优选，所述的散热灯杯的外周上沿周向分布有多个散热翅片。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的设计思想及有益效果是：
本发明在驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯内壁间设置了直上直下的散热通道，散热通道上下部均与外界空气保持连通，使得空气可以进入到散热灯杯内并带走驱动电源产生的热量，从而不仅避免了散热灯杯对驱动电源的影响，还对驱动电源进行有效对流散热，使得电源环境温升下降约5％。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：本实施例的一种散热性好的LED灯，如图1～4所示，包括散热灯杯1、驱动电源壳体2，所述的散热灯杯1内部中空且两端开口，散热灯杯1的外周上沿周向分布有多个散热翅片20，散热灯杯1与驱动电源壳体2套接在一起，在驱动电源壳体2与散热灯杯1之间形成有垂直贯通散热灯杯1两端开口的散热通道。
所述的散热通道是这样形成的：
驱动电源壳体2外径小于散热灯杯1的内径，在驱动电源壳体2外壁上凸设有对自身进行限位的凸筋14，所述的凸筋14沿驱动电源壳体2轴线方向设置，所述的凸筋14与散热灯杯1的内壁相贴，使得驱动电源壳体2与散热灯杯1内壁间留有空隙3，空隙3组成了散热通道的一部分。为了使空隙3下部与外界空气连通，在驱动电源壳体2外周上固定设有与散热灯杯1底部周缘相抵的承接环4，在承接环4上沿周向设有多个使外界与空隙3下部保持空气流通的孔洞5。
在驱动电源壳体2上部的散热灯杯1的内壁上沿周向向内凸设有多个限位块6，两两相邻的限位块6间留有间隔19，在限位块6包围的空间内设有灯座7，灯座7的外径小于散热灯杯1的内径，在灯座7内固定有铝基板8，在铝基板8上设有LED光源9。
灯座7的外周壁与限位块6相贴，使得LED光源产生热量通过限位块6传导至散热灯杯1上。在灯座7的外周上设有3个安装位10，在灯座7上方设有透镜11，透镜11的外径小于散热灯杯1的内径，同样使得透镜11与散热灯杯1内壁间留有间隙保证散热通道的畅通，在透镜11的周缘设有3个与灯座7的安装位10相对应的安装脚12，在安装脚12上设有安装孔13；安装时，将安装位10搁置在限位块6上，透镜11的安装脚12的安装孔对准安装位10上的孔，然后将透镜11、灯座7通过螺丝与限位块6相连。
在散热灯杯1上方设有灯盖15，所述的灯盖15呈圆环形，透镜11从灯盖15中露出，在灯盖15上沿周向均匀设有多个使散热通道上部与外界空气保持流通的通孔16，沿灯盖15周缘向下延伸设有3对卡脚17，所述的卡脚17底部带有卡钩18，灯盖15通过卡脚17、卡钩18与透镜11的安装脚12卡接。
如图5所示，灯具工作时，驱动电源产生热量，空气自灯盖15的通孔16进入到散热通道内，并经过限位块之间的间隔、驱动电源壳体2与散热灯杯1内壁间的空隙3，最后从承接环4上的孔洞5流出，从而带走驱动电源产生的热量。空气走向如箭头方向所示。
本发明适合各种LED灯具的结构设计应用，包括PAR灯系类(PAR30，PAR38等)及球泡灯系列(A60，A55等)所有内置电源设计的LED的灯具。
Claims (7)
1.一种散热性好的LED灯，包括散热灯杯、驱动电源壳体，所述的散热灯杯内部中空且两端开口，散热灯杯与驱动电源壳体套接在一起，其特征是：所述的驱动电源壳体外径小于散热灯杯的内径，在驱动电源壳体与散热灯杯之间形成有垂直贯通散热灯杯两端开口的散热通道；在散热灯杯的内壁上沿周向向内凸设有多个限位块，两两相邻的限位块间留有间隔，在限位块包围的空间内设有灯座，灯座的外径小于散热灯杯的内径，灯座的外周壁与限位块相贴，在灯座的外周上设有至少两个安装位，所述的安装位搁置在限位块上且与限位块通过螺丝相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：在驱动电源壳体外周上固定设有与散热灯杯底部相抵的承接环，在承接环上沿周向设有多个使外界与散热通道下部保持空气流通的孔洞。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：在灯座内固定有铝基板，在铝基板上设有LED光源，在灯座上方设有透镜，透镜的外径小于散热灯杯的内径，在透镜的周缘设有与灯座的安装位相对应的安装脚，在安装脚上设有安装孔，所述的透镜通过螺丝与灯座、限位块相连。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：在散热灯杯上方设有灯盖，所述的灯盖呈圆环形，透镜从灯盖中露出，在灯盖上沿周向均匀设有多个使散热通道上部与外界空气保持流通的通孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：沿灯盖周缘向下延伸设有至少两对卡脚，所述的卡脚底部带有卡钩，灯盖通过卡脚、卡钩与透镜的安装脚卡接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：在驱动电源壳体外壁上凸设有对自身进行限位的凸筋，所述的凸筋与散热灯杯的内壁相贴。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性好的LED灯，其特征是：所述的散热灯杯的外周上沿周向分布有多个散热翅片。
