一种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度LED球泡灯,包括灯罩(1)、灯头(4)、散热柱(2)和电源腔体(3)。电源腔体(3)下部和灯头(4)固接,电源腔体(3)上部和灯罩(1)固接。散热柱(2)呈多边体形状,固定于电源腔体(3)的中间,LED芯片(6)贴在散热柱每一边(2)上,实现大角度的发光效果。电源腔体(3)上、下以及灯罩(1)的顶部开有多个孔(5,7),散热柱(2)设置有多个散热通道,电源腔体(3)、灯罩(1)上的孔(5,7)和散热柱(2)散热通道连通,通过空气自然流通实现散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气自然内外对流散热的 LED球泡灯, 属于 LED照明光源技术领域。
背景技术
目前, LED球泡灯作为 LED光源应用的一个热门方向, 一直是各厂家投入研究的热点, 就 LED球泡灯而言, LED芯片在较高温度下容易出现光衰, 其散热效果直接影响其使用效 果和寿命, 为此, 现有 LED球泡灯一般都配有散热器辅助散热, 但现有散热器散热过程空 气流动相对较少, 散热效果仍未符合要求。 又由于现有的 LED球泡灯受其结构的制约, 光 照面积窄。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有 LED球泡灯散热效果差和光照面积窄的缺点, 提供一种散热效果 好和达到大角度发光的空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯。
本发明的技术方案是, 一种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 其特点是, 该球泡灯包括灯罩、 灯头、 散热柱和置有 LED芯片电源的电源腔体, 所述的电源腔体下部 和灯头固接, 上部和灯罩固接, 所述的散热柱呈多边体形状, 且固定于电源腔体的中间, LED 芯片贴在散热柱每一边上, 达到大角度的发光效果; 所述电源腔体上下和灯罩的顶部 开有多个孔, 散热柱置有多个散热通道, 通过电源腔体、 灯罩上的孔和散热柱散热通道的 连通, 通过空气自然流通散热。
所述的散热柱中间为多边形的中空柱体,所述的 LED芯片贴在中空边柱上。
所述的灯罩的材质为为透明的或者是有色的添加有荧光粉的材质。
由于电源腔体上下和灯罩的顶部开有多个孔以及散热柱置有多个散热通道, 通过电源 腔体、灯罩上的孔和散热柱上的散热通道连通,通过空气自然流通散热,解决了大功率 LED 灯泡散热问题。 LED芯片贴在多边形的散热柱上, 达到大角度的发光效果。

具体实施方式
一种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 如图 1-图 3所示, 包括一种空气 自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 其特点是, 该球泡灯包括灯罩 1、 灯头 4、 散热 柱 2和置有 LED芯片电源的电源腔体 3, 所述的电源腔体 3下部和灯头 4固接, 电源腔体 3上部和灯罩 1固接, 所述的散热柱 2呈多边形形状, 且固定于电源腔体 3的中间, LED 芯片 6贴在散热柱每一边上, 达到大角度的发光效果, 散热柱可为 4-8边体等, 本实施例 为六边体, 贴在散热柱边上的 LED芯片为 12片; 所述电源腔体 3上下和灯罩 1的顶部开 有多个孔 (5、 7), 散热柱 2置有有多个散热通道 8, 通过电源腔体 3、 灯罩 1上的孔和散 热柱 2上的散热通道连通, 通过空气自然流通散热。 所述的散热柱 2中间为多边形的中空 柱体, 所述的 LED 芯片贴在中空边柱上, 多个散热通道和外部空气对流。 所述的灯罩 1 的材质为为透明的或者是有色的添加有荧光粉的材质。

1. —种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 其特征在于, 该球泡灯包括灯罩、 灯头、 散热柱和置有 LED芯片电源的电源腔体, 所述的电源腔体下部和灯头固接, 上部和 灯罩固接, 所述的散热柱呈多边体形状, 且固定于电源腔体的中间, LED 芯片贴在散热柱 每一边上, 达到大角度的发光效果; 所述电源腔体上下开有多个孔, 所述灯罩的顶部开有 多个孔以及散热柱置有多个散热通道, 通过电源腔体、 灯罩的孔和散热柱上的散热通道连 通, 通过空气自然流通散热。
2. —种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 其特征在于, 所述的散热柱中间为 多边形的中空柱体, 所述的 LED芯片贴在中空边柱上。
3. 一种空气自然内外对流散热的大角度 LED球泡灯, 其特征在于, 所述的灯罩的材质为 为透明的或者是有色的添加有荧光粉的材质。
