背景技术：
现有的普通灯泡在发光效率、散热性能等方面存在不理想之处，普通的LED灯热阻较大，不能制成传统白炽灯的形状。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，工作性能好的LED球灯泡。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种LED球灯泡，包括灯头、LED芯片、灯泡体，其特征是：LED芯片封装在铝基板上，灯泡体为球形灯泡体。
所述LED芯片为COB封装形式，铝基板上设置多个放置LED芯片的凹坑，凹坑的边缘呈反光斜坡面形式。
铝基板上紧贴有配光用透镜。
铝基板底部设置散热片，在铝基板与散热片之间设置导热层。
铝基板直径为30mm，铝基板上设有15～25个凹坑。
本实用新型结构合理，散热性能好，采用COB封装降低了系统热阻，可比传统方式降低LED工作温度5～10℃；COB封装可灵活选择LED芯片，搭配不同规格的驱动电源，可将外形制作成传统的白炽灯外形。

具体实施方式：
一种LED球灯泡，包括灯头1、灯壳2、LED芯片3、灯泡体4，LED芯片封装在铝基板5上，灯泡体4为球形灯泡体。
所述LED芯片3为COB封装形式，铝基板上设置多个放置LED芯片的凹坑，凹坑的边缘呈反光斜坡面形式。铝基板底部设置散热片6，在铝基板与散热片之间设置导热硅脂层7。
铝基板直径为30mm，铝基板上设有15～25个凹坑。
铝基板上还可紧贴有配光用透镜。

1.一种LED球灯泡，包括灯头、LED芯片、灯泡体，其特征是：LED芯片封装在铝基板上，灯泡体为球形灯泡体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED球灯泡，其特征是：所述LED芯片为COB封装形式，铝基板上设置多个放置LED芯片的凹坑，凹坑的边缘呈反光斜坡面形式。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED球灯泡，其特征是：铝基板上紧贴有配光用透镜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED球灯泡，其特征是：铝基板底部设置散热片，在铝基板与散热片之间设置导热层。
5.根据权利要求2所述的LED球灯泡，其特征是：铝基板直径为30mm，铝基板上设有15～25个凹坑。
