本发明公开了一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,所述的散热透明罩(1)内壁上竖向均匀分布有若干灯片槽(4),在每个灯片槽(4)内插入有LED灯片(5)后使得LED灯片(5)与散热透明罩(1)的内壁紧贴,LED灯片(5)的底部设有线路板(6),所述的灯泡底座(2)设置为中空结构,在灯泡底座(2)内腔中安装有散热器,所述的散热器设置为散热环,LED灯片(5)底部的支脚与线路板(6)连接,线路板(6)通过连接导线Ⅰ(12)与标准灯头(3)内设有的驱动电源(13)连接,驱动电源(13)通过连接导线Ⅱ(14)与标准灯头(3)底部的接线柱连接。

一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,特别是采用COB封装的带有散热结构的2.5W的360°LED灯泡。
背景技术
市面上的大多数小功率特别是2.5W的光源或灯泡、球泡灯等灯具的散热结构,大多是贴片式LED光源,散热只依靠基板单面散热以及空气散热,但是这种散热结构的散热效率低下,散热效果极其不理想,灯泡灯片极易发热发烫,而鉴于蓝光芯片的工艺,散热不足会致使LED灯出现热衰竭现象,影响使用寿命;导热不足会出现热累计现象,而其最终限制LED光的释放与扩散,另外采用硅胶系统容易出现LED灯片氧化。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,它不但可以解决LED灯泡的散热问题,增长LED灯片的使用寿命。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,它由上至下设有散热透明罩、灯泡底座和标准灯头,散热透明罩的底部与灯泡底座的上部连接,灯泡底座的底部与标准灯头的上部连接,所述的散热透明罩内壁上竖向均匀分布有若干灯片槽,在每个灯片槽内插入有LED灯片后使得LED灯片与散热透明罩的内壁紧贴,LED灯片的底部设有线路板,所述的灯泡底座设置为中空结构,在灯泡底座内腔中安装有散热器,所述的散热器设置为散热环, LED灯片底部的支脚与线路板连接,线路板通过连接导线Ⅰ与标准灯头内设有的驱动电源连接,驱动电源通过连接导线Ⅱ与标准灯头底部的接线柱连接。
所述的线路板位于灯泡底座内腔的上部,散热环位于灯泡底座内腔的下部,线路板与散热环之间设有导热硅胶片,导热硅胶片贴合在线路板的表面。所述的散热环设置为散热铝环,散热铝环的中心部分为中空柱体,中空柱体的横截面形状设置为圆环形,中空柱体的中间空心部分的设置为空气流通管路,在中心柱体的周围呈发散状分布有若干散热片。所述的散热透明罩内壁上竖向均匀分布有3片灯片槽。所述的散热透明罩的底部与灯泡底座的连接处套有金属环,金属环的顶部卡在散热透明罩底部的台阶处,金属环的主体部分套在灯泡底座外部,金属环的底部设有硅胶密封圈,硅胶密封圈位于金属环的底部与灯泡底座之间的结合部。所述的金属环设置为铝制环。所述的散热透明罩设置为球泡灯的圆形杯罩。所述的灯泡底座设置为尼龙灯泡底座或PC材料灯泡底座。所述的LED灯片设置为360°全周光LED灯片。
所述的线路板设置为LED球泡灯线路板,LED球泡灯线路板为PCB线路板,驱动电源设置为LED驱动电源。所述的散热透明罩的底部设有卡勾,散热透明罩的底部通过卡勾卡在灯泡底座上部的内壁上与灯泡底座上部连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明可以有效地提高散热效率,解决LED灯的散热问题,而且可以提高光效,更加节能环保,增长LED灯的使用寿命,并降低能耗。本发明采用360°全周光灯片,它可以实现无任何遮挡的,实现真正意义上的360°全周光,为全周光灯片提供发光散热结构,从而降低了能耗,在同样的功率下可以获得更高的光效。本发明采用散热透明罩,散热透明罩设置为球泡灯圆形杯罩,这样将灯罩改为球泡灯圆形杯罩,不会阻碍光的释放,同时将散热透明罩内壁上竖向均匀分布的每个灯片槽内插入有LED灯片后使得LED灯片与散热透明罩的内壁紧贴,这样LED灯片与散热透明罩的相互贴合更利于热量的传导,更利于散热。本发明灯泡底座设置为中空结构,这样可以充分利用空气的流通进行散热,更加节能环保,增长LED灯的使用寿命。本发明在灯泡底座内安装的散热铝环的中心部分为中空柱体,中空柱体的横截面形状设置为圆环形,中空柱体的中间空心部分的设置为空气流通管路,在中心柱体的周围呈发散状分布有若干散热片,这样可以在灯泡底座内形成空气流通,更有利于灯泡底座内的导热。本发明在线路板与散热器之间设有导热硅胶片,导热硅胶片与线路板之间相互贴合,线路板设置为LED球泡灯线路板,LED球泡灯线路板为PCB线路板,具体可以为FR4线路板或者铝基板,这样可以增大吸热面,直接吸纳线路板和LED灯片释放的热,并经过灯泡底座和标准灯座传导传递出去,达到内外热平衡的状态。本发明散热透明罩的底部与灯泡底座的连接处套有金属环,金属环设置为铝制环,金属环的顶部卡在散热透明罩底部的台阶处,金属环的主体部分套在灯泡底座外部,可以吸收灯泡底座传导出的热,并传导入空气,达到内外热平衡的状态。

具体实施方式
实施例一,在图1、图2和图3中,本发明提供了一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,它由上至下设有散热透明罩1、灯泡底座2和标准灯头3,本实施例的标准灯头3设置为标准螺旋灯头3,标准螺旋灯头3采用E27标准灯头或E26标准灯头,散热透明罩1设置为球泡灯的圆形杯罩,灯泡底座2设置为尼龙灯泡底座或PC材料灯泡底座,灯泡底座设置为LED球泡灯底座,散热透明罩1的底部与灯泡底座2的上部连接,所述的散热透明罩1的底部设有卡勾,散热透明罩1的底部通过卡勾卡在灯泡底座2上部的内壁上与灯泡底座2上部连接,灯泡底座2的底部与标准灯头3的上部连接,所述的散热透明罩1内壁上竖向均匀分布有若干灯片槽4,本实施例的散热透明罩1内壁上竖向均匀分布有三片灯片槽4,在每个灯片槽4内插入有LED灯片5后使得LED灯片5与散热透明罩1的内壁紧贴,LED灯片5设置为360°全周光LED灯片,LED灯片5的底部设有线路板6,所述的线路板6设置为LED球泡灯线路板,LED球泡灯线路板为PCB线路板,本实施例的LED球泡灯线路板采用的FR4线路板或铝基板,LED球泡灯线路板具体可以为2.5w球泡灯FR4灯板,所述的灯泡底座2设置为中空结构,在灯泡底座2内腔中安装有散热器,所述的散热器设置为散热环,所述的线路板6位于灯泡底座2内腔的上部,散热环位于灯泡底座2内腔的下部,线路板6与散热环之间设有导热硅胶片7,导热硅胶片7贴合在线路板6的表面, LED灯片5底部的支脚与线路板6连接,线路板6通过连接导线Ⅰ12与标准灯头3内设有的驱动电源13连接,驱动电源13通过连接导线Ⅱ14与标准灯头3底部的接线柱连接,驱动电源13设置为LED驱动电源,本实施例采用的LED驱动电源是110V的LED驱动电源或者220V的LED驱动电源,本实施例的LED驱动电源也可以为2.5W过CE开关调光电源或2.5W过CE开关不调光电源,本实施例中LED灯片5的支脚与LED球泡灯线路板上的焊盘焊接连接,LED球泡灯线路板的正极通过连接导线Ⅰ12与驱动电源13的输出端正极连接,LED球泡灯线路板的负极通过连接导线Ⅰ12与驱动电源13输出端的负极连接,驱动电源13的输入端通过连接导线Ⅱ14与标准灯头3的接线柱连接,在图4中,所述的散热环设置为散热铝环8,散热铝环8的中心部分为中空柱体,中空柱体的横截面形状设置为圆环形,中空柱体的中间空心部分的设置为空气流通管路,在中心柱体的周围呈发散状分布有若干散热片9,本实施例的中心柱体的周围呈发散状分布有十八片散热片9,所述的散热透明罩1的底部与灯泡底座2的连接处套有金属环10,金属环10设置为铝制环,金属环10的顶部卡在散热透明罩1底部的台阶处,金属环10的主体部分套在灯泡底座2外部,金属环10的底部设有硅胶密封圈11,硅胶密封圈位于金属环10的底部与灯泡底座2之间的结合部。
本发明LED灯片5设置为360°全周光LED灯片,经由接触散热透明罩1、灯泡底座2及灯泡底座2内的散热环进行多方面传导散热,再有外侧包覆金属环10传导热源至最外层,在经由空气实现内外温度稳定平衡状态,从而避免LED灯片5出现热积累现象,并使得整体灯泡维持在热平衡状态。
以上实施例一是用于进一步说明本发明的技术方案,但其本发明的保护范围并不仅仅限于说明书的实施例中所列运用的技术方案。

1.一种COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是它由上至下设有散热透明罩(1)、灯泡底座(2)和标准灯头(3),散热透明罩(1)的底部与灯泡底座(2)的上部连接,灯泡底座(2)的底部与标准灯头(3)的上部连接,所述的散热透明罩(1)内壁上竖向均匀分布有若干灯片槽(4),在每个灯片槽(4)内插入有LED灯片(5)后使得LED灯片(5)与散热透明罩(1)的内壁紧贴,LED灯片(5)的底部设有线路板(6),所述的灯泡底座(2)设置为中空结构,在灯泡底座(2)内腔中安装有散热器,所述的散热器设置为散热环, LED灯片(5)底部的支脚与线路板(6)连接,线路板(6)通过连接导线Ⅰ(12)与标准灯头(3)内设有的驱动电源(13)连接,驱动电源(13)通过连接导线Ⅱ(14)与标准灯头(3)底部的接线柱连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的线路板(6)位于灯泡底座(2)内腔的上部,散热环位于灯泡底座(2)内腔的下部,线路板(6)与散热环之间设有导热硅胶片(7),导热硅胶片(7)贴合在线路板(6)的表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的散热环设置为散热铝环(8),散热铝环(8)的中心部分为中空柱体,中空柱体的横截面形状设置为圆环形,中空柱体的中间空心部分的设置为空气流通管路,在中心柱体的周围呈发散状分布有若干散热片(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的散热透明罩(1)内壁上竖向均匀分布有3片灯片槽(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的散热透明罩(1)的底部与灯泡底座(2)的连接处套有金属环(10),金属环(10)的顶部卡在散热透明罩(1)底部的台阶处,金属环(10)的主体部分套在灯泡底座(2)外部,金属环(10)的底部设有硅胶密封圈(11),硅胶密封圈位于金属环(10)的底部与灯泡底座(2)之间的结合部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的金属环(10)设置为铝制环。
7.根据权利要求1、4或5所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的散热透明罩(1)设置为球泡灯的圆形杯罩。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的灯泡底座(2)设置为尼龙灯泡底座或PC材料灯泡底座。
9.根据权利要求1所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的LED灯片(5)设置为360°全周光LED灯片。
10.根据权利要求1所述的COB封装带有散热的小功率360°LED灯泡,其特征是所述的线路板(6)设置为LED球泡灯线路板,LED球泡灯线路板为PCB线路板,驱动电源(13)设置为LED驱动电源。
