Claims (5)
- 電球型LED照明器具において、
多数の排出孔を有する本体にソケット用螺旋部が一体に形成された電球ソケットと;
前記電球ソケットの本体に着脱可能に取り付けられるプレートの一面に、結合孔を有する間隔維持用スペーサが一体に備えられた排出空間維持部材と;
前記排出空間維持部材に連結される連結孔と、一体に形成された多数の放出フィンと、ヒートパイプが挿入される挿入孔と、中央部に形成されたエア排出通孔とを備える冷却ブロックと;
LEDモジュールが設置された第1基板と;
前記ヒートパイプを固定するために、熱交換プレートに一体に形成された冷却フィンの端部に設けられたクリップ部と、 前記冷却フィンが形成された方向の前記熱交換プレートの端面に形成され、前記排出空間維持部材を貫通したねじと結合するための結合孔と、前記冷却フィンが形成された方向とは反対方向の前記熱交換プレートの端部に形成され、カバー部材が設置される設置凹溝と、前記設置凹溝と前記設置凹溝との間に形成され、前面方向に第1基板が着脱可能に設置される凹溝とを備える放熱フレームと;
前記ヒートパイプが嵌着される挿入凹溝、中央に形成された結合通孔、前記放熱フレームの結合孔に連結される連結通孔、およびカバー部材が取り付けられる取付凹溝を有する本体部と、前記カバー部材の弛みを防止する段差部とを備える連結プレート部材と;
一端が前記挿入孔に挿入され、他端は前記挿入凹溝に嵌着され、中間部は前記クリップ部に挟着され、高温の熱を低温に熱交換させるヒートパイプと;
前記連結プレート部材の結合通孔と中心が一致する結合通孔を有し、LEDモジュールが設置された第2基板と;
前記LEDモジュールが設置された前記第1基板および前記第2基板を保護するカバー部材と;
円形を形成するように一定の間隔で離れて設置された前記熱交換プレートと前記熱交換プレートとの間に形成され、内部と外部のエアを循環させる対流循環通路と;を含んでなることを特徴とする、電球型LED照明器具。 - 前記排出空間維持部材と前記冷却ブロックとの間には、内部熱を放出する排出空間が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電球型LED照明器具。
- 前記連結プレート部材の段差部にはカバー嵌込溝がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電球型LED照明器具。
- 前記冷却ブロックを形成する冷却フィンの端部の長さが長くなるように段差部を形成し、該段差部の内側に前記放熱フレームの上部が嵌め込まれて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電球型LED照明器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、一端が、 内部熱を外部へ放出するために前記排出空間維持部材と前記冷却ブロックとの間に形成された排出空間内に位置するように設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電球型LED照明器具。
