Description
本発明にかかる粘着フィルムの印刷段差吸収性および耐久性性能を調べるために、次の実施例および比較例により粘着フィルムを製造し、下記項目に対する評価を実施した。
1.粘着力の評価
前記の実施例および比較例に対して粘着力(g/in)を評価した。粘着力は、ガラス基材に対する粘着力を評価し、粘着力が100g/in以上の場合は○、100g/in未満の場合は×で表し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
前記の実施例および比較例に対して貯蔵弾性率(Pa)を測定した。貯蔵弾性率は、貯蔵弾性試験機ARES G2を用いて、30℃、100℃でそれぞれ測定した。
実施例および比較例にかかる粘着フィルムを、印刷段差が5μmないし50μmのガラス基板に粘着させ、段差吸収性を評価した。段差吸収性の評価は、粘着フィルムの浮きや気泡発生有無で評価し、浮きや気泡が殆ど発生しなかった場合は段差吸収性が優れると見なして「○」、浮きや気泡が多く発生した場合は「×」で表し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
Claims (10)
- ラジカル重合性組成物;およびカチオン重合性組成物;を含み、
前記ラジカル重合性組成物が、1次架橋されて半硬化状態を維持し、
前記ラジカル重合性組成物は、不飽和二重結合を一つ以上有する化合物、および光重合開始剤を含み、
前記不飽和二重結合を一つ以上有する化合物は、アクリル系プレポリマーを含み、
前記アクリル系プレポリマーは、ウレタンアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、メラミンアクリレート、ポリフルオロアルキルアクリレート、およびシリコンアクリレートのうちの少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする粘着フィルム。 - 前記カチオン重合性組成物が2次架橋されて完全硬化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、
アセトフェノン、ベンゾフェノン、ミヒラーケトン、ベンゾイン、ベンジルメチルケタール、ベンゾイルベンゾエート、α―アシルオキシムエステル、及びチオキサントン類の開始剤のうち一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、
カチオン重合性化合物およびカチオン重合開始剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記カチオン重合性化合物は、
エポキシ系樹脂およびビニルエーテル系樹脂のうち一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記カチオン重合開始剤は、
芳香族スルホニウムイオン、芳香族オキソスルホニウムイオン、芳香族ヨードニウム塩、テトラフルオロボレート、ヘキサフルオロフォスフェート、ヘキサフルオロアンチモネート、及びヘキサフルオロアルセネートのうち1種以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記ラジカル重合性組成物は、
1mW/cm2〜10mW/cm2のUV光照射によって架橋されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、
50mW/cm2〜150mW/cm2のUV光照射によって架橋されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。 - 前記ラジカル重合性組成物の1次架橋後、100g/in以上の粘着力を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の粘着フィルムを含む光学部材。
