(C2)STAPHYLOID AC−3364(Ganz Pearl,Ganz Chemical,粒径:0.1μm)。
(D1)光カチオン開始剤:トリアリールスルホニウム塩,ヘキサフルオロアンチモネート(CPI−100P)、
(D2)光ラジカル開始剤:2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル−ジフェニルホスフィンオキシド(Darocure TPO,Ciba)。
GM−0401S(ガンツ化成株式会社製、商品名:ガンツパール、材質:架橋ポリメチル(メタ)アクリレート粒径:4μm,コア−シェルタイプではない単純粒子)。
溶剤を用いずエポキシ系化合物、(メタ)アクリル系化合物、コア−シェル形態の粒子、およびコア−シェルタイプではない粒子を下記表1(単位:重量部)に記載した含量で配合した。ここに、光カチオン開始剤2重量部、光ラジカル開始剤1重量部を配合し、混合して偏光板用接着剤組成物を製造した。
基材フィルムとして80μm厚のポリビニルアルコールフィルム(ケン化度:99.5,重合度:2000)を使用した。前記基材フィルムを0.3%のヨード水溶液に浸漬させて染着した後、延伸倍率が5.0になるように延伸した。次いで、延伸した基材フィルムを3%濃度のホウ酸溶液と2%のヨード化カリウム水溶液に浸漬させて色相補正をした後、50℃で4分間乾燥して偏光子(厚さ25μm)を製造した。

30 第1光学用フィルム、
40 偏光板用接着フィルム、
50 偏光板用接着フィルム。
Claims (4)
- ポリビニルアルコールフィルムを含む偏光子の片面または両面に、トリアセテートセルロースまたは環状オレフィンを重合単位にして重合される樹脂を含む光学用フィルムを接着するために用いられる偏光板用接着剤組成物であって、
(A)エポキシ系化合物と、(B)(メタ)アクリル系化合物と、(C)コアと前記コアを囲むシェルとを含むコア−シェル形態の粒子と、(D)光開始剤と、を含み、
前記(A)エポキシ系化合物は、(A1)芳香族エポキシ、(A2)水素化されたエポキシ、および(A3)脂環式エポキシからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記(B)(メタ)アクリル系化合物は、(b1)1個以上の親水性基を有する単官能(メタ)アクリレート、および(b2)多官能(メタ)アクリレートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記(C)コア−シェル形態の粒子は、(C1)ブタジエン−アルキルメタクリレート−スチレン コア−シェルポリマーであり、
前記(A)エポキシ系化合物の含有量は、前記(A)+(B)+(C)100重量部のうち45〜66.5重量部であり、
前記(B)(メタ)アクリル系化合物の含有量は、前記(A)+(B)+(C)100重量部のうち28.5〜47.5重量部であり、
前記(C)コア−シェル形態の粒子の含有量は、前記(A)+(B)+(C)100重量部のうち1〜10重量部であり、
前記(C)コア−シェル形態の粒子は、平均粒径が0.1〜0.5μmであり、
前記(C)コア−シェル形態の粒子の前記コアはガラス転移温度が25℃未満であり、前記シェルはガラス転移温度が25℃以上である、偏光板用接着剤組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の偏光板用接着剤組成物から形成される偏光板用接着フィルムであって、
前記偏光板用接着フィルムは、厚さ10μmで波長400〜700nmで測定したヘーズが0〜20%であり、かつ5%の変形率(strain)、−50〜150℃および10Hzの周波数スイープテスト(frequency sweep test)で85℃における貯蔵弾性率(storage modulus)が100MPa以下である、偏光板用接着フィルム。 - ポリビニルアルコールフィルムを含む偏光子と、前記偏光子の片面または両面に、請求項1に記載の偏光板用接着剤組成物の硬化物層または請求項2に記載の偏光板用接着フィルムによって積層された、トリアセテートセルロースまたは環状オレフィンを重合単位にして重合される樹脂を含む光学用フィルムと、を含む、偏光板であって、
前記偏光板は、厚さ140μmで波長400〜700nmで測定したヘーズが0.1〜6.0%である、偏光板。 - 請求項3に記載の偏光板を含む光学表示装置。
