- モル%で、

>0〜9:K2O
を含むガラスであって、
R 2 O=K 2 O+Na 2 Oとし、R’O=MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOとしたとき、式:2.3≦R2O≦13.1及び式:4.5≦R’O≦12を満足し、
前記ガラスが、緩衝水中放出試験において10ppmより大きいNa放出及び緩衝水中放出試験において50ppmより小さい総[Na+K]放出を有し、式:T margin =T breakdown −T 35kP >10℃を満足し、130kPより大きな液相粘度を有すること、を特徴とするガラス。 - 前記総[Na+K]放出が30ppmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、6ppm/℃よりも大きな熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、585℃よりも高い歪点を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のガラス。
- モル%で、
70〜77:SiO2
4.5〜10.5:Al2O3
>0〜5:B2O3
3〜5:MgO
>0〜5:CaO
0〜5:SrO
1.8〜11.8:Na2O
>0〜9:K2O
を含むガラスであって、
R 2 O=K 2 O+Na 2 Oとし、R’O=MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOとしたとき、式:2.3≦R2O≦13.1及び式:4.5≦R’O≦12を満足し、
前記ガラスが、緩衝水中放出試験において10ppmより大きいNa放出及び緩衝水中放出試験において50ppmより小さい総[Na+K]放出を有し、Tmargin=Tbreakdown−T35kP>10℃であり、6ppm/℃より大きい熱膨張係数及び565℃より高いひずみ点を有する、
ことを特徴とするガラス。 - 電子デバイスにおいて、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のガラスを有することを特徴とする電子デバイス。
