Claims (14)
- 無線透過性樹脂から形成される基板(18)であって、遠位面および凹部または凸部を含む意匠により構成される近位面を有する基板(18)と、近位面に形成される装飾層(20)と、を備え、
前記装飾層(20)は、近位面の表面上に堆積された、半金属または半金属合金から成り、
前記装飾層(20)は、10nmから500nmの厚みを有し、
さらに、前記凹部または凸部を相殺するように、かつ、無線電波の減衰が低減するように、レドーム全体の厚みが前記無線電波の半波長に適応するように、前記装飾層の上に重なる無線透過性樹脂層(22)を備える、
ことを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項1にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
装飾層(20)の厚さが均一であることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項1にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
基板(18)は成形されることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項1にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
装飾層(20)は、半金属または半金属合金、の複数の層で形成されることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項4にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
半金属または半金属合金の各層の厚さは1nm〜500nm程度であることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項4にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
半金属または半金属合金の各層の厚さは10nm〜100nm程度であることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項4にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
前記複数の層の1つはゲルマニウムを含み、他は珪素を含むことを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項1にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
樹脂層(22)は装飾層(20)の上に成形されることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項8にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
樹脂層(22)は装飾インクの上張り層を含むことを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 請求項1にしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)において、
半金属または半金属合金がスパッタリング堆積法によって近位面の表面上に堆積されることを特徴とする装飾的レドーム(10)。 - 装飾的レドーム(10)の製造方法において、
a)樹脂層(22)を含み、遠位面および凹部または凸部を含む意匠により構成される近位面を有する基板(18)を提供するステップと、
b)スパッタリング堆積法を利用して、半金属または半金属合金から成るとともに10nmから500nmの厚みを有する、装飾層(20)で近位面を被覆するステップと、
c)前記凹部または凸部を相殺するように、かつ、無線電波の減衰が低減するように、レドーム全体の厚みが前記無線電波の半波長に適応するように、装飾層(20)を別の樹脂層で被覆するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11による装飾的レドーム(10)の製造方法において、
基板(18)の樹脂層と別の樹脂層は成形によって形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11による装飾的レドーム(10)の製造方法において、
装飾層(20)は、ゲルマニウムおよび/またはゲルマニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれかにしたがって構成される装飾的レドーム(10)と、フロントグリルアセンブリ(12)と、を含み、前記装飾的レドーム(10)は、グリルアセンブリ(12)の内側に設置され、さらに、装飾的レドーム(10)の背後に当該装飾的レドーム(10)と整列された状態で設置されるレーダアンテナ(16)を含む、ことを特徴とする自動車(14)。
