Abstract
【解決手段】車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットRを覆うエンブレム10であって、凹部11aを有する透明部材11と、凹部11aに嵌合される凸部からなる基部12aと、基部12aに被せて形成され、凹部11aの内面に直接当接され、クロムを含む光輝性の不連続膜からなる光輝性膜12bとを備える。

Description
図1は、本実施形態のレーダカバーからなるエンブレム10を備えるラジエータグリル1の正面図である。また、図2は、本実施形態のエンブレム10の拡大正面図である。また、図3は、(a)が本実施形態のエンブレム10の断面図であり、(b)が本実施形態のエンブレム10が備えるインナエンブレム12の断面図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本第2実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
Claims (5)
- 車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットを覆うレーダカバーの製造方法であって、
凹部を有する透明層を形成する透明層形成工程と、
前記凹部に嵌合される凸部を有する嵌合部を形成する嵌合部形成工程と、
前記嵌合部の前記凸部と前記透明層の凹部との間に配置されると共に、クロムを含む光輝性の不連続膜からなる光輝性膜を形成する光輝性膜形成工程と、
前記光輝性膜を前記凹部の内面に直接当接させた状態で前記透明層と前記嵌合部とを固定する固定工程と
を有することを特徴とするレーダカバーの製造方法。 - 前記光輝性膜形成工程にて、スパッタリングにより純クロムからなる前記光輝性膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
- 前記光輝性膜形成工程にて、前記凸部の表面に対して直接前記光輝性膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
- 前記固定工程は、凹部に前記嵌合部が嵌合された前記透明層に対して、前記嵌合部を覆うように樹脂層を形成するインサート成形工程であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。
- 車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットを覆うレーダカバーであって、
凹部を有する透明層と、
前記凹部に嵌合される凸部を有すると共に前記透明層に固定される嵌合部と、
前記凸部に被せて形成され、前記凹部の内面に直接当接され、クロムを含む光輝性の不連続膜からなる光輝性膜と
を備えることを特徴とするレーダカバー。
