図1は、本実施形態のレーダカバーからなるエンブレム10を備えるラジエータグリル1の正面図である。また、図2は、本実施形態のエンブレム10の拡大正面図である。また、図3は、(a)が本実施形態のエンブレム10の断面図であり、(b)が本実施形態のエンブレム10が備えるインナエンブレム12の断面図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本第2実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
Claims (4)
- 車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットを覆うレーダカバーの製造方法であって、 凹部を有する透明層を形成する透明層形成工程と、
前記凹部に嵌合される凸部を有する嵌合部を形成する嵌合部形成工程と、
前記嵌合部の前記凸部と前記透明層の凹部との間であって前記嵌合部側に配置されると共に電波透過性を有する光輝性膜を、前記凸部の表面に形成する光輝性膜形成工程と、
前記嵌合部の前記凸部と前記透明層の凹部との間であって前記透明層側に配置されると共に前記光輝性膜を覆いかつ前記光輝性膜に沿ってパターニングされた透明セラミックコート層を、前記光輝性膜に被せて形成する透明セラミックコート層形成工程と、
前記透明層と前記嵌合部とを固定する固定工程と
を有することを特徴とするレーダカバーの製造方法。 - 前記光輝性膜形成工程にて、真空チャンバの内部で前記光輝性膜を形成し、
前記透明セラミックコート層形成工程にて、前記光輝性膜形成工程で用いる真空チャンバと同一の真空チャンバの内部で透明セラミックコート層を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。 - 前記光輝性膜形成工程にて、スパッタリングあるいは真空蒸着により前記光輝性膜を形成し、
前記透明セラミックコート層形成工程にて、スパッタリングあるいはプラズマ重合法により前記透明セラミックコート層を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のレーダカバーの製造方法。 - 車両の周囲状況を検知するレーダユニットを覆うレーダカバーであって、
凹部を有する透明層と、
前記凹部に嵌合される凸部を有する嵌合部と、
前記嵌合部の前記凸部と前記透明層の凹部との間であって前記嵌合部側に配置されると共に電波透過性を有しかつ前記嵌合部に設けられた光輝性膜と、
前記嵌合部の前記凸部と前記透明層の凹部との間であって前記透明層側に配置されると共に前記嵌合部に設けられた前記光輝性膜を覆いかつ前記光輝性膜に沿ってパターニングされて前記光輝性膜に固着された透明セラミックコート層と
を有することを特徴とするレーダカバー。
