Description
被処理シリンダとして、円周600mm、全長1100mmのアルミ芯の円筒形基材を用い、被処理シリンダの両端をチャックして腐食槽に装着し、腐食パイプをコンピュータ制御された回動機構により100mmまで被処理シリンダ側面に近接させ、腐食液をスプレーした。被処理シリンダの回転速度を60rpmとし、液温35℃とした。この条件で深さ20μmとなるまで腐食した。腐食処理に要した時間は120秒であった。腐食処理されたシリンダの深さをレーザー顕微鏡によって測定した。被処理シリンダの全長にわたって均一な深さの腐食ができた。その後、クロムメッキを施して製版し、グラビアシリンダを製造した。
Claims (5)
- 処理槽と、被処理シリンダを回転可能に長手方向両端を把持して前記処理槽に収容するチャック手段と、前記被処理シリンダの長手方向外周面から所定距離をおいて設けられ、前記長手方向外周面に対して平行とされた少なくとも一つの腐食液供給管と、前記腐食液供給管に並列せしめられ、前記腐食液供給管から腐食液を吐出するための複数の吐出ノズルと、を含み、前記腐食液供給管の内部を通って吐出ノズルから吐出された前記腐食液を前記被処理シリンダの表面に当てて前記被処理シリンダの表面に腐食を施すようにしたシリンダ用腐食装置であって、
前記吐出ノズルを水平方向に対して斜め上向きとし、前記吐出ノズルの吐出方向が、前記被処理シリンダの斜め下から前記被処理シリンダの回転中心に向かうようにされ、前記吐出ノズルが前記被処理シリンダの表面に対して近接離隔可能に設けられてなることを特徴とするシリンダ用腐食装置。 - 前記被処理シリンダの回転中心と前記吐出ノズルの吐出方向とを結んだ線が、前記被処理シリンダの回転中心からの鉛直線に対して45°±15°であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダ用腐食装置。
- 前記複数の吐出ノズルが並列せしめられた腐食液供給管を、前記被処理シリンダの周方向に複数設け、複数の方向から前記被処理シリンダの回転中心に向かうように、前記腐食液が吐出されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシリンダ用腐食装置。
- 前記腐食液供給管の全長が前記被処理シリンダの全長よりも長くされてなり、且つ前記腐食液供給管の先端部が排出口とされてなり、前記腐食液供給管の内部を通る腐食液のうち、前記吐出ノズルから吐出されなかった腐食液を前記排出口から排出してなることにより、前記腐食液供給管の内部を通る腐食液の流量を調節してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のシリンダ用腐食装置。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のシリンダ用腐食装置を用いて、前記被処理シリンダの表面に腐食を施すようにしたことを特徴とするシリンダ用腐食方法。
