Claims (5)
- 以下の組成式(1)で表されるリチウム複合酸化物を、導電助剤とバインダ樹脂の少なくとも一方と混練する混練工程において、炭酸ガス雰囲気下で混練し、
前記混練工程は、前記リチウム複合酸化物と前記導電助剤とを混練する乾式混練工程と、該乾式混練工程により混練された混練物と前記バインダ樹脂とを混練する湿式混練工程と、を含み、
前記乾式混練工程と前記湿式混練工程の少なくとも一方において前記炭酸ガス雰囲気下での混練が行われることを特徴とする正極合剤の製造方法。

(x/y)>4.0, 0.4≦x<1.0, 0<y≦0.2, (0.9≦a≦1.1, 1.9≦b≦2.1) - 前記炭酸ガス雰囲気下での混練が前記乾式混練工程で行われる場合に、混練時間が1時間以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の正極合剤の製造方法。
- 前記炭酸ガス雰囲気下での混練が前記湿式混練工程で行われる場合に、前記混練物に前記バインダ樹脂が投入されてから1時間以内に前記混練を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の正極合剤の製造方法。
- 前記炭酸ガスのガス濃度が10vol%以上100vol%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の正極合剤の製造方法。
- 前記炭酸ガス雰囲気下の混練が前記乾式混練工程で行われる場合に、前記乾式混練工程では、前記混合物に含まれる水酸化リチウムと前記リチウム複合酸化物との重量比が0.156以下となるまで混練が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の正極合剤の製造方法。
