Claims (9)
- アルカリ金属複合酸化物を含む水系溶媒を用いた非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法において、非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての固形分及び溶媒からなる原料スラリーを経路に沿って流動させながら、該経路に沿って流動する原料スラリーに供給された無機炭素によって、原料スラリー中のアルカリ成分を中和処理することを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての溶媒を経路に沿って流動させながら、該経路に沿って流動する溶媒に、非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての固形分を供給することによって、原料スラリーを生成する前工程を含み、該経路に沿って流動する原料スラリーに、無機炭素を供給することによって、原料スラリー中のアルカリ成分を中和処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての溶媒を経路に沿って流動させながら、該経路に沿って流動する溶媒に、非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての固形分及び無機炭素を供給することによって、原料スラリーを生成しながら、該原料スラリー中のアルカリ成分を中和処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての溶媒を経路に沿って流動させながら、該経路に沿って流動する溶媒に、無機炭素を供給することによって、溶媒に無機炭素を溶解させる前工程を含み、該経路に沿って流動する無機炭素を溶解させた溶媒に、非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての固形分を供給して原料スラリーを生成しながら、該原料スラリー中のアルカリ成分を中和処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記無機炭素を、負圧状態にした経路に供給することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記無機炭素を供給した原料スラリーを、キャビテーション発生部を流動させることで、キャビテーションを発生させつつ、中和処理を行うようにすることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造方法。
- アルカリ金属複合酸化物を含む水系溶媒を用いた非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造装置において、非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリー原料としての固形分及び溶媒からなる原料スラリーを流動させる経路と、該経路に沿って流動する原料スラリーに無機炭素を供給する無機炭素供給部とを備え、原料スラリーを経路に沿って流動させながら原料スラリー中のアルカリ成分を中和処理するようにしたことを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造装置。
- 前記経路を負圧状態にする手段を備え、負圧状態にした経路に無機炭素を供給するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造装置。
- 前記無機炭素を供給した原料スラリーを流動させることで、キャビテーションを発生させつつ、中和処理を行うキャビテーション発生部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の非水電解質二次電池の正極用スラリーの製造装置。
