Description
本発明の実施形態に係る空気調和機は、図1のように室内機100及び室外機101を備えている。室内機100は、空調空間110の壁111に設置されている。室外機101は、室外に設置されている。
2Al+3Cu2+→2Al3++3Cu
となる。つまり、アルミニウムがイオン化し、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金に電気腐食(異種金属間腐食)が発生する。
なお、本実施形態では延長部33,43を略垂直方向に配置したが、延長部33,43は斜めに配置しても勿論よい。
前述のように、断熱材60で接続配管20を覆っても完全に結露を防止できない。そのため、微量の結露水が断熱材60と接続配管20の間の微小な空間70(図5、図6)に滞在する。滞在する結露水は、アルミニウム配管31,41と銅配管32,42の両表面を連続して覆う。その結果、銅配管32,42の銅イオンCu2+が、滞在した結露水を介し、重力に逆らってアルミニウム配管31,41へ拡散し、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金に電気腐食(異金属間腐食)を発生させる。
なお、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成されたアルミニウム配管31,41の表面に施す亜鉛拡散処理は、素管の状態時に行うのが望ましい。
Claims (5)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成された伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管から流出する冷媒または前記伝熱管へ流入する冷媒が通る接続配管と、を備え、
前記接続配管は、ガス冷媒が通るガス配管と、液冷媒または気液二相冷媒が通る液配管と、を有し、
前記ガス配管及び前記液配管は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成された第1の冷媒配管と、銅または銅合金で形成された第2の冷媒配管とをそれぞれ有し、これら第1の冷媒配管と第2の冷媒配管とが接続されて構成され、
前記第1の冷媒配管は、前記伝熱管に接続されて、前記伝熱管から下方に延びる延長部を有し、
前記第1の冷媒配管と前記第2の冷媒配管との接続部は、前記第1の冷媒配管の前記延長部にそれぞれ配置され、前記接続配管は、断熱材で覆われ、前記第1の冷媒配管は、防食性表面を有し、該表面が前記断熱材で覆われていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第1の冷媒配管の前記表面は、亜鉛拡散層として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ガス配管及び前記液配管は、第1の冷媒配管の前記延長部の下部に、曲線部が設けられており、前記接続部は、前記曲線部よりも上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ガス配管の前記接続部と前記液配管の前記接続部は同じ高さに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
