Description
図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態1の熱交換器の概略構成について説明する。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2に係る熱交換器100について、図8を参照して説明する。熱交換器100は、複数のプレートフィン4およびプレートフィン17に接続された接続部材18を備える点で、実施の形態1と異なる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3に係る熱交換器200について、図9および図10を参照して説明する。熱交換器200は、空気の流通方向において、扁平管2の長さがコルゲートフィン3の平面部3aの長さよりも長い点で、実施の形態1と異なる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態4に係る熱交換器300について、図11を用いて説明する。熱交換器300は、プレートフィン4の平面部4aに切り欠き部4bが形成されている点で、実施の形態1と異なる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態5に係る熱交換器400について、図13を用いて説明する。熱交換器400は、コルゲートフィン3の平面部3aが水平方向に対して傾斜して配置されている点で、実施の形態1と異なる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態6に係る熱交換器500について、図14を用いて説明する。熱交換器500は、複数のプレートフィン4に代えてコルゲートフィン19が配置されている点で、実施の形態1から5と異なる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態7に係る空気調和機20について、図15および図16を用いて説明する。空気調和機20は、例えば一般家庭で使用されるセパレート型の空気調和機である。空気調和機20は、図5に示す冷凍サイクル9を備えている。
Claims (12)
- 送風機により空気が供給される熱交換器であって、
第一の方向に延びる複数の伝熱管と、
前記複数の伝熱管に接続され、前記複数の伝熱管のうち隣り合う二つの伝熱管の間に位置する平面部を有し、前記第一の方向と交差する第二の方向に延びる第一のフィンと、
前記第二の方向と交差する第三の方向に延び、前記第一のフィンの前記平面部の風上側端部および風下側端部の少なくとも一方に接続された複数の第二のフィンと、
を備えた熱交換器。 - 前記複数の第二のフィンのそれぞれに接続された接続部材を更に備えた請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記空気の流通方向において、前記複数の伝熱管の長さが前記第一のフィンの長さよりも長い請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の第二のフィンは、前記第一のフィン側の端部に第一の切り欠き部を有し、
前記第一の切り欠き部に前記第一のフィンが接続されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第一のフィンは、前記複数の第二のフィン側の端部に複数の第二の切り欠き部を有し、
前記複数の第二の切り欠き部のそれぞれに前記複数の第二のフィンのそれぞれが接続されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第一の方向における前記複数の伝熱管の両端に接続されたヘッダを更に備え、
前記複数の第二のフィンの少なくとも一部が前記ヘッダに接続されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第三の方向に延び、前記複数の伝熱管のうち少なくとも一つの伝熱管の風上側端部および風下側端部の少なくとも一方に接続された第三のフィンを更に備えた請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第一のフィンは、コルゲートフィンである請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、前記冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器と、前記冷媒を膨張させる膨張器と、前記冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、前記凝縮器に空気を供給する第一の送風機と、前記蒸発器に空気を供給する第二の送風機とを備え、
前記凝縮器および前記蒸発器の少なくとも一方に、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器が適用された冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記第三の方向が水平方向に対して交差するように配置されている請求項9に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記第二の方向が水平方向に対して交差するように配置されている請求項9または10に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置が搭載され、
前記熱交換器が室内機に搭載されている空気調和機。
