Claims (14)
- 排気ターボチャージャー(62)のタービンケーシング(1)であって、
渦巻き部(3)に隣接した入口接続部(2)を有し、かつ
出口接続部(4)を有しており、
前記入口接続部(2)、前記渦巻き部(3)、および/または前記出口接続部(4)への熱の流入を低減する断熱装置(5)を備え、
前記断熱装置(5)が、前記入口接続部(2)内に配設することができ、および/またはウエストゲート出口開口に近接させることができるバッフルプレート(16)を備えている、
ことを特徴とする、タービンケーシング。 - 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記入口接続部(2)に挿入して間隙(7)を形成することができるスリーブ(8)を備えている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記出口接続部(4)に挿入して間隙(15)を形成することができるスリーブ(12)を備えている、請求項1または2に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記スリーブ(12)と前記入口接続部(2)との間および/または前記スリーブ(12)と前記出口接続部(4)との間の前記間隙(15)に挿入できる繊維マット(15’)を備えている、請求項3に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、セラミックインレーを有する、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記タービンケーシング(1、2)の内壁面(22)に設けることができる被覆を有する、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記タービンケーシング(1)の外部に延在するウエストゲート装置(49、50)を備えている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- ウエストゲートライン(49)およびウエストゲート弁(50)の両方が、前記タービンケーシング(1)の外部に延在する、請求項7に記載のタービンケーシング。
- ウエストゲートライン(49)のみが、前記タービンケーシング(1)の外部に延在する、請求項7に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記渦巻き部(3)の入口領域に挿入することができる鋼製舌部(21)を備えている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、クーラント装置(24)を備えており、前記クーラント装置(24)のクーラント入口(25)が、前記渦巻き部(3)の少なくともほぼ最も低い位置に配設され、前記クーラント装置(24)のクーラント出口(26)が、前記渦巻き部(3)の少なくともほぼ最も高い位置に配設されている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、環状クーラント導管(29)および/または熱遮断装置(30)を備えている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記断熱装置(5)が、前記タービンケーシング(1)の外面に冷却フィン(31)を備えている、請求項1に記載のタービンケーシング。
- 前記タービンケーシング(1)が、鋳造アルミニウム鋳物の形態をとり、冷却装置(11)を備えている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のタービンケーシング。
