以下に、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る金属粉末について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る金属粉末を構成している複合粒子1の断面構造図である。

第2のサンプル:Zn0.33Fe2.67O4
第3のサンプル:Zn0.15Fe2.85O4
第4のサンプル:Zn0.17Ni0.53Fe2.31O4
以下に第2の実施形態に係る金属粉末について図面を参照しながら説明する。図5は、第2の実施形態に係る金属粉末を構成している複合粒子1aの断面構造図である。

Claims (7)
- 金属粒子がNiを含有していないZn系フェライト膜により被覆された複合粒子からなり、
前記Zn系フェライト膜がNi−Zn系フェライト膜により被覆されていること、
を特徴とする金属粉末。 - 前記金属粒子は、金属磁性粒子であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属粉末。 - 前記Zn系フェライト膜は、めっきにより前記金属粒子の表面に形成されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の金属粉末。 - 前記Zn系フェライト膜は、ZnxFe3-xO4の組成を有する絶縁性を有するフェライトであり、
xは、0.15以上1未満であること、
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の金属粉末。 - 請求項2に記載の金属粉末を含有している本体と、
前記本体に設けられているコイルと、
を備えていること、
を特徴とする電子部品。 - 前記本体は、前記金属粉末とフェライト磁性材料との混合材料により作製されていること、
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子部品。 - 前記本体は、前記金属粉末とガラス又は樹脂との混合材料により作製されていること、
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子部品。
