Abstract
【解決手段】 金属磁性粒子とフェライトを含む複合磁気部品の製造方法であって、(1)金属磁性粒子にフェライトを被覆し、フェライト被覆金属磁性粒子を作製する工程と、(2)フェライト被覆金属磁性粒子を圧縮成形し、複合磁気部品を作製する工程と、(3)複合磁気部品を、最高到達温度が500℃以上、500℃以上を保持する時間が5分以内で熱処理する工程とを含むことを特徴とする複合磁気部品を製造する方法を提供する。

Claims (3)
- (1)金属磁性粒子をフェライトで被覆する工程と、
(2)得られたフェライト被覆金属磁性粒子を圧縮成形する工程と、
(3)得られた複合磁気部品を、最高到達温度が500℃以上であり、500℃以上を保持する時間が5分以内で熱処理する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする金属磁性粒子とフェライトからなる複合磁気部品の製造方法。 - 熱処理が、急速熱処理により行われ、昇温速度が120℃/分以上、降温速度が120℃/分以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合磁気部品の製造方法。
- 1kHz時の比透磁率が100以上であり、かつ透磁率が1kHz時の透磁率の、80%に低下する時の周波数であるカットオフ周波数が10MHz以上であることを特徴とする金属磁性粒子とフェライトからなる複合磁気部品。
