Description
本発明は、以下における記載から明らかとなるように、種々観点から成り、またその用途は広範囲に及ぶ。
(a)ビーム、ビームの1側に位置した噛合い手段、基部及び前記ビームから離れた可撓点を備える締付素子、及び
(b)前記締付素子へ取り付けられ、かつ活性化される際に収縮するようになっている材料が含まれる作動手段を備え、
前記材料が収縮する際に、前記ビームが噛合い位置と噛合い解除位置との間を移動可能であること、及び前記基部は可撓点によって連結される第一アーム及び第二アームを備え、前記ビームは第一アームの一端に位置し、前記可撓点は前記ビームの、噛合い手段と同じ側に位置することを特徴とする締付具を提供する。
リングクリップ締付具として以下に記載されている一実施態様は、自動車あるいは家具等用の保持パネル中の複数の取り付け箇所に適合するように開発されたものである。但し本観点における締付装置はこのような適用に限定されない。
ロック空洞を有するピン、
前記ピンを受け止める開口、
前記ピンが前記開口中へ受け止められた時に該ピンのロック空洞と噛合うようになっているロック手段、及び
活性化された際に収縮する材料が含まれるロック解除手段を備えて構成され、
前記ロック手段に、前記材料が収縮する際にロック空洞をロック解除するようになっている噛合い手段が含まれることを特徴とする解除可能な締付装置を提供する。
一実施態様において、この噛合い手段はクリップである。また別の実施態様においてこの噛合い手段は1または複数の歯状体等の素子である。但し、本発明はこのような実施態様に限定されない。
クリップシャシーは、この過程において開けるように蝶番式に取り付けられてもよい。
この種の締付具は、錠、掛け金、クロージャー等に有用である。この締付具は、例えば厚さが15〜20mmのような、狭い寸法を少なくとも1つもつ素子内に十分隠蔽できるほど薄い側面から成るように作製可能である。
好ましい実施態様において、ロック手段には、ロック位置にある掛け金アームを取り巻き、かつ掛け金アームを掛け金、棒、突出物等とロック接触状態に保持するようになっている一対のアームが備えられる。この実施態様では、シャトルを掛け金アームから引き出すことにより、掛け金アームが掛け金、棒、突出物等との接触状態から離れることができるように設計されている。
また、迅速なロック後にロック解除が後続することが望まれない場合には、選択によりこのような機能性を無効にすることも可能である。
シャトルをロック位置からロック解除位置まで移動させるようになっている手動作動装置、及び
シャトルがロック解除位置へ移動するように前記手動作動装置を引き出す手段を備えて構成される、本発明の第二の観点に従った植込みボルト形締付具用、あるいはロック位置とロック解除位置間を移動可能なシャトルを備えるいずれか他の適当な締付具用の手動補助装置が提供される。
前記引き出し手段は、ボーデン(Bowden)ケーブルを含め、いずれか他の適当な形態を採ることもできる。
従って、本発明のこの第三の観点に従った手動補助装置は、同時に2以上の締付具を手動で解除するように適合可能である。好ましくは、かかる適合化は第一締付装置用の手動作動装置を第二締付装置用の手動作動装置と、さらに任意であるが第三及び後続する締付具と連結することによって遂行される。なお、これらの連結は、好ましくは連結ロッドを用いて実施される。
(b)第二締付システムにおいて前記作動された際に収縮するようになっている手段の作動、
(c)第一及び第二締付システム双方における前記作動された際に収縮するようになっている手段の作動、及び
(d)手動補助装置の操作、のいずれかによって第一及び第二締付システムをロック解除位置へ移動させるように構成されている。
ロック位置とロック解除位置間を移動可能な、掛け金手段及びロック手段を含む噛合い手段、
前記噛合い手段を前記ロック位置の方へ促す付勢手段、及び
前記噛合い手段を前記ロック位置からロック解除位置まで引き出し、かつ作動に際して収縮するようになっている材料から成るかあるいは該材料を含む手段、を備える締付具組立品を提供する。
複数のNitinil(登録商標)ワイヤーのいずれかが活性化される際に収縮できる筈であり、たとえワイヤーの一本に欠陥が生じても別のワイヤーによって引き出し手段中における必要な機能を果たすことが可能である。
活性化された際に収縮するようになっている部材へ直接あるいは間接に連結されている部品を移動させるのに適合した第一引っ張り力、
前記第一引っ張り力よりも大きな第二引っ張り力、及び
前記第一及び第二引っ張り力の中間に当たる第三引っ張り力をもつ前記活性化された際に収縮するようになっている部材、及び
前記部材に対する引っ張り力が実質的に前記第三引っ張り力に達した時に活性化されるようになっている手段を備える張力低減組立品を提供する。
第一噛合い手段、
第二噛合い手段、及び
前記第一噛合い手段が前記第二噛合い手段と噛合ったまま保持されるロック位置と前記第一噛合い手段が前記第二噛合い手段から外されて自由であるロック解除位置間を移動可能なロック素子を備える締付装置であって、
前記ロック素子は活性化された際に収縮するようになっている、ロック素子とは異なる手段によってロック解除位置へ移動されるようになっていることを特徴とする前記締付装置を提供する。
また、オートバイをサドルバッグ、風防ガラス、GPS装置及び娯楽装置等のオプション付属品を設けて改装することもできる。
また、オートバイの安全性も向上される。締付具は隠蔽されているため、部品を破壊しない限り盗難に遭うことはない。
(a)締付素子、
(b)前記締付素子へ取り付けられ、かつ活性化された際に収縮するようになっている部材が含まれる作動手段、及び
(c)それ以上収縮しなくなった時に前記部材を弛緩状態へ戻すようになっている戻し手段を備え、前記戻し手段は、活性化された際に収縮する材料の収縮によって変形される弾性材料を含むか、それよりなることを特徴とする締付具を提供する。
この実施態様によれば、ビーム34を曲げる必要がない為、噛合い手段36を介した強力確実な噛合い及び締付具30へのより高い強度を与えることが可能である。
ビーム34のこのような動作を可能とするため、キャップ31中に空洞41が設けられる。スイッチ39が押されると、LED43が点灯してスイッチ39が作動されていることが表示される。
図8(c)と図9との比較において、形状記憶合金ワイヤー118及び120は活性化されて収縮する際に、図9のワイヤー162よりも張りの弱い状態となることが理解されるであろう。
キャップ164aにはスロット122が設けられている。キャップ164a中のスロット122及び本体部156a中の対応スロット123を通して適当な工具を挿入することができる。次いでこの工具をクリップシャシー160aのアーム間へ通して、ピン152aが外れるに十分な程度までこれらアームを分け離すことができる。
図14に示すように締付具94がロック解除状態にある場合、アーム106はセンサ120に接触して回路を完成し、あるいはリードスイッチとしての役割を果たすことができるため、センサ120によって締付具94のロックあるいはロック解除状態について通報できることが理解される。
図39及び40に詳細に示すように、ノブ708が留め部材712から離れて回転され、スプリング714の付勢力に逆らって上方へ引き上げられる際、締付装置260a及び260b双方の手動解除が連動装置716によって確保される。
掛け金アーム530は旋回点574を中心として旋回し、突出部524の窪み570から外側へ移動される。エジェクタプラグ542を押しつけているエジェクタスプリング540は、締付装置510から突起部524を放出する際の役割を一部果たしている。
この時点で突出部524が締付装置510中へ押し込まれると、エジェクタプラグ542がスプリング540に逆らって加圧され、掛け金アーム530の末端部568が窪み570中の適所に嵌まり込み、シャトル532の末端部566が掛け金アーム530の末端部568と接する位置まで移動し、スプリング536によってシャトル532が図46において左方へ移動され、傾斜部562がシャトル532の肩部564と噛合い、ワイヤー546が活性化されると直ぐにロック解除できる状態となる。
噛合い手段612には揺動点616において揺動可能な一対の顎部614が含まれる。
ブロック618には、アーム622、基部624及び留め部材626によって画定される空洞部620が含まれる。
前述したように活性化された形状記憶合金ワイヤー642は収縮して、噛合い手段652をブロック656からの突起部632の開口634中にある形状記憶合金ワイヤー642の取付け部分を介してロック解除位置の方へと引き出すことができる。
この噛合い手段672は、図57に示すように、この実施態様ではブロック676とハウジング部678との間に位置するコイルスプリング628によってロック位置の方へ付勢される。
ロック部材606には形状記憶合金ワイヤー40が取り付けられる。ワイヤー40の張力は引張ねじ1110によって調ノード可能である。
例えば、プリント回路板1108によって所望の温度へ達するまでの一連の段階においてワイヤー40への電力供給が為され、一定段階においてプリント回路板1108によってワイヤー40への電力供給を止めてワイヤー40を弛緩させることができる。プリント回路板1108によってさらに締付装置600の状態、ヒストリー等に関するレポートを行うことも可能である。
ワイヤー40cが活性化されると、エラストマー部材144は右側へ湾曲することが理解されるであろう。
ワイヤー40が同時に収縮すると、三次元体には図73及び74に示した実施態様と同様な伸張がひき起こされる。
Claims (12)
- 掛け金手段及びロック手段を備え、前記ロック手段がロック位置とロック解除位置との間を移動可能なシャトルを含む、噛合い手段、
前記噛合い手段をロック位置の方へ付勢する付勢手段、及び
前記噛合い手段をロック位置からロック解除位置へ引き出し、かつ活性化された際に収縮するようになっている材料から成るか、あるいは前記材料が含まれる引き出し手段、
を備え、
前記シャトルが、前記ロック位置とロック解除位置との間の直線状の通路を移動可能であり、前記付勢手段が、前記引き出し手段とは別に備えられ、前記噛合い手段を前記直線状の通路に沿ってロック位置の方へ付勢する、
締付具組立品。 - 前記噛合い手段にロッドまたは舌状体が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記掛け金手段が、掛け金、棒、又は突出物と噛合う、一対のアーム又は顎部を備える、請求項1に記載の締付具組立品。
- 活性化された際に収縮するようになっている前記材料が、Nitinol(登録商標)ワイヤーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
- 活性化された際に収縮する1または2以上のNitinol(登録商標)ワイヤーの付加的部材を備える、請求項4に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記引き出し手段が、電子装置に取り付けられ、前記締付具が、第二機能として切換能をもち、ロック又はロック解除機能と協調して、あるいは単独で、光を点灯あるいは消灯させる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記締付具が、光あるいは温度、あるいは締付具またはその周囲へ加えられる圧力を感知するセンサと連結され、外部光量によって照明を点灯あるいは消灯するようにプログラム化することができ、あるいは締付装置へ加えられる圧力をセンサによって検出して、締付装置に過度の圧力が加えられた時に通報することができる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記シャトルが、前記引き出し手段に連結された、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記シャトルが、前記引き出し手段に連結されたつめを含む、請求項8に記載の締付具組立品。
- 前記締付具のロック又はロック解除に関する情報を、光表示器あるいは類似の表示装置へ伝達するセンサスイッチを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
- 自動車の燃料充填機キャップと協働して使用される、請求項2に記載の締付具組立品。
- 他の締結装置とネットワーク接続された、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の締付具組立品。
