Description
なお、ねじとは、ねじ山を有し、個体を形成する締結用のねじやボルトなどのねじ部品をいうものとする。ねじ付属品とは、ねじ山を有しないが、ねじ部品と共に使用される機械部品をいうものとする。
また、請求項11記載の発明は、請求項10に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造において、前記段部が、前記本体に当接する係止段部であることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 円環よりなるねじ付属品と、雌ねじ部が設けられた本体と、挿通孔が設けられた被締結部材と、頭部を備えかつ前記雌ねじ部に螺合する締結部材とを備え、前記ねじ付属品が前記被締結部材と前記締結部材の前記頭部との間に挟まれた状態で、該被締結部材が該締結部材の締付力により前記本体に対して締結固定されているねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造において、
前記挿通孔の径が、前記締結部材の前記頭部の径よりも大きくかつ前記ねじ付属品の外径よりも小さく、
前記ねじ付属品の内径が、前記締結部材の前記頭部の径よりも小さく、
前記円環が、加熱されることにより形状復元する材料で構成され、かつ、
前記円環には前記締結部材の前記頭部の径よりも大きい内径を有する円環形状が、記憶されている
ことを特徴とするねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。 - 前記円環が切れ目部を有する円環であり、該円環の一方の先端側に係止部と、他方の前記腕部の先端側に該係止部に係合する被係止部と、がそれぞれ設けられ、前記係止部と前記被係止部とが互いに係合していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記係止部が、前記円環の内周側に形成されており、前記被係止部が、前記円環の外周側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記ねじ付属品が、形状記憶合金で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記円環の軸方向に波状の凹凸が、前記円環に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記締結部材が、皿状の頭部を有するねじであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記本体に、前記締結部材の軸方向に形成された縦溝と、該縦溝に交差する横溝と、が連通して形成されており、かつ、
前記雌ねじ部が、前記横溝に前記締結部材と螺合するナットがスライド挿入されることにより形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。 - 前記被締結部材と前記ねじ付属品との間に、座金を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記被締結部材と前記本体との間に、該被締結部材と該本体とを付勢する圧縮ばねを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記締結部材の頭部と雄ねじ部との間に、該雄ねじ部のねじ径よりも太い段部が設けられ、前記ねじ付属品が該段部の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 前記段部が、前記本体に当接する係止段部であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のねじ付属品を用いた締結体構造の解体方法であって、前記ねじ付属品を加熱することにより、該ねじ付属品の形状を、該ねじ付属品に記憶されている前記締結部材の前記頭部の径よりも大きい径の前記円環形状に復元させ、次いで、該ねじ付属品を該締結部材の頭部から抜いて前記本体から前記被締結部材を分離することを特徴とするねじ付属品を用いた解体方法。
