Description
第1 の粘着パッドの製造
エチルヘキシルアクリレート75重量部、アクリル酸15重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート10重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。前記単量体混合物に開始剤としてEHPDC(di(2−ethylhexyl)peroxydicarbonate)を適量添加し、25℃での粘度が約2,000cps〜2,500cpsの範囲内に属するように塊状重合させて、光硬化性シロップを製造した。その後、前記シロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.3重量部、散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部及び染料(Blue dye、Lanxess社製MACROLEX Blue RR Gran)1ppmを配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。引き続いて、製造された粘着剤組成物をPETシートに塗布し、ブラックライト(black light)光源と塗布された粘着剤組成物の層との距離を15cmに維持した状態で、前記光源で約6分間紫外線を照射し、厚さが0.8mmの粘着剤層である第1の粘着パッドを製造した。
LEDが上部に配列されているPCB(47インチBLU用PCB、厚さ約500μm)の上部に、図4に示したような粘着パッド2を第2の粘着パッドとして形成した。具体的には、前記第1の粘着パッドの粘着剤層の製造に使われたものと同一な粘着剤組成物を製造するが、散乱粒子322の割合をシロップ100重量部対比0.01重量部に変更して製造された粘着剤組成物を使用して形成した厚さ約1.45mmの光散乱層32をPCBの上部全体表面に付着させて、前記第2の粘着パッド2を形成した。その後、前記製造された第1の粘着パッドを図4の粘着パッド2の位置に付着させて光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート70重量部、アクリル酸10重量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート10重量部及び2−(2−エトキシエトキシ)エチルアクリレート10重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、実施例1と同様な方式で塊状重合を行い、25℃での粘度が約3,000cps〜3,500cpsの範囲内に属するように単量条件を調節し、光硬化性シロップを製造した。 引き続いて、製造されたシロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.2重量部、散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部及び染料(Blue dye、Lanxess社製MACROLEX Blue RR Gran)0.6ppmを配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。その後、製造された粘着剤組成物を使用し、実施例1と同様な方式で、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層11を有する第1の粘着パッドを製造した。製造された第1の粘着パッドを、実施例1で使用したものと同一な第2の粘着パッドが形成されたPCBの第2の粘着パッド上に付着して光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート60重量部、アクリル酸10重量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート10重量部、2−(2−エトキシエトキシ)エチルアクリレート10重量部及びイソボルニルアクリレート10重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、実施例1と同様な方式で塊状重合を行い、25℃での粘度が約3,000cps〜3,500cpsの範囲内に属するように単量条件を調節し、光硬化性シロップを製造した。 引き続いて、製造されたシロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.3重量部、散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:約3,000〜4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、GS−0459S−6、Ganz(製))12.5重量部及び染料(Blue dye、Lanxess社製MACROLEX Blue RR Gran)1ppmを配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。その後、製造された粘着剤組成物を使用し、実施例1と同様な方式で、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層11を有する第1の粘着パッドを製造した。製造された第1の粘着パッドを、実施例1で使用したものと同一な第2の粘着パッドが形成されたPCBの第2の粘着パッド上に付着して光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート85重量部、アクリル酸10重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート5重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、 実施例1と同様な方式で塊状重合を行い、25℃での粘度が約2,000cps〜2,500cpsの範囲内になるように条件を調節し、光硬化性シロップを製造した。引き続いて、製造されたシロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.1重量部、散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部を配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。その後、製造された粘着剤組成物を使用し、実施例1と同様な方式で、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層11を有する第1の粘着パッドを製造し、同様に光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート70重量部及びイソボルニルアクリレート30重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、前記単量体混合物に開始剤としてEHPDC(di(2−ethylhexyl)peroxydicarbonate)を適量添加し、25℃での粘度が約2,000cps〜2,500cpsの範囲内に属するように塊状重合させて、光硬化性シロップを製造した。その後、前記シロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.07重量部、散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部、酸化防止剤(Songnox 2450Pw)0.3重量部及び染料(Blue dye、Lanxess社製MACROLEX Blue RR Gran)1ppmを配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。引き続いて、製造された粘着剤組成物をPETシートに塗布し、ブラックライト(black light)光源と塗布された粘着剤組成物の層との距離を15cmに維持した状態で、前記光源で約6分間紫外線を照射し、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層である第 1の粘着パッドを製造し、実施例1と 同様に光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート75重量部、イソボルニルアクリレート10重量部及びアクリル酸15重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、前記単量体混合物に開始剤としてEHPDC(di(2−ethylhexyl)peroxydicarbonate)を適量添加し、25℃での粘度が約2,000cps〜2,500cpsの範囲内に属するように塊状重合させて、活性エネルギー線の照射により硬化されるシロップを製造した。その後、前記シロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)0.7重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.1重量部、酸化防止剤(Songnox 2450Pw)0.15重量部及び散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部を配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。引き続いて、製造された粘着剤組成物をPETシートに塗布し、ブラックライト(black light)光源と塗布された粘着剤組成物の層との距離を15cmに維持した状態で、前記光源で約6分間紫外線を照射し、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層である第 1の粘着パッドを製造し、実施例1と 同様に光源を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート73重量部、イソボルニルアクリレート20重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート7重量部を配合し、単量体混合物を製造した。その後、前記単量体混合物に開始剤としてEHPDC(di(2−ethylhexyl)peroxydicarbonate)を適量添加し、25℃での粘度が約2,000cps〜2,500cpsの範囲内に属するように塊状重合させて、活性エネルギー線の照射により硬化されるシロップを製造した。その後、前記シロップ100重量部に対して、光開始剤(2,4,6−trimethylbenzoyl diphenyl phosphine oxide、TPO)1重量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.5重量部、酸化防止剤(Songnox 2450Pw)0.2重量部及び散乱粒子(屈折率:1.59、平均直径:4,000nm、ポリスチレン系ビード、HR−59−40、SUNJIN化学社(製))15重量部を配合し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。引き続いて、製造された粘着剤組成物をPETシートに塗布し、ブラックライト(black light)光源と塗布された粘着剤組成物の層との距離を15cmに維持した状態で、前記光源で約6分間紫外線を照射し、厚さが0.8mmである粘着剤層である第 1の粘着パッドを製造し、実施例1と 同様に光源を製造した。
実施例及び比較例で製造された光源(横及び縦の長さが各々10cm及び30cm)(サンプル)に対して耐熱耐久性と耐湿熱耐久性を各々評価した。耐熱耐久性は、サンプルを80℃で240時間放置した後、気泡発生有無、浮き上り、及び剥離の発生有無を目視で観察して評価し、耐湿熱耐久性は、サンプルを60℃及び90%相対湿度条件で240時間放置した後、同一に、気泡、浮き上り及び剥離発生有無を目視で観察して評価した。上記各評価基準は、下記の通りである。
○:目視で観察したとき、粘着剤の内部あるいは界面で気泡が発生しないか、または気泡のサイズが非常に小さくて、目視で観察が不可能な場合
×:目視で観察したとき、粘着剤の内部あるいは界面で単一の気泡または多量が群集した状態の気泡が認められる場合
○:粘着剤と被着体との界面で浮き上り及び剥離の発生がない場合
×:粘着剤と被着体との界面で浮き上り、部分剥離または完全剥離が発生した場合
試験例1と同一のサンプルを耐熱条件で放置し、曲がり(curl)の発生有無を評価した。具体的に、サンプルを縦方向に立設した状態で80℃で240時間放置した後、取り出し、常温で30分徐々に冷却させた。その後、縦方向に立設した状態のサンプルを平たいガラス基板と対向する状態で互いに接触するように位置させ、基準となる上記ガラス基板からサンプルまで最も遠く離れた距離を巻き尺で測定し、曲がりの発生有無を評価した.
染料の含有有無による粘着剤の光学特性を評価するために、実施例1乃至実施例3及び比較例1の粘着剤に対して、CIE座標のb*及びYIを評価し、その結果を下記表2に記載した。表2において、基準数値(Ref)は、BLUで通常的に使われている拡散プレートとして、コーロング社で提供する拡散プレートに対する数値である。
実施例1乃至実施例3と比較例1で製造された粘着剤層に対して、製造直後、製造された粘着剤を 80℃のオーブンで240時間の間放置した後(耐熱テスト)及び60℃の温度及び90%の相対湿度で240時間放置した直後(耐湿熱テスト)において、CIE色座標でのL*、a*、b*、x*及びy*数値及びYIを測定器機(UV−vis−NIR Spectrophotometer (SolidSpec−3700、Shimadzu))を使用して測定した(下記表2では、製造直後の粘着剤に対して測定した数値を記載した)。

Claims (16)
- 単量体成分は、直鎖状または分岐状のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 単量体成分は、直鎖状または分岐状のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート50重量部〜99.9重量部、(メタ)アクリル酸1重量部〜20重量部及び化学式1で表示される化合物5重量部〜40重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 単量体成分は、直鎖状または分岐状のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート50重量部〜99.9重量部、化学式4で表示される化合物0.1重量部〜50重量部、(メタ)アクリル酸1重量部〜20重量部及び化学式1で表示される化合物5重量部〜40重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 硬化された状態で、CIE座標上のb*が−1〜3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 硬化された状態で、YIが0〜7.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 単量体または重合体成分は、25℃での粘度が1,500cps〜4,000cpsであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 粘着剤との屈折率の差が0.05〜1.0である粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 粒子は、アクリル樹脂粒子、スチレン樹脂粒子、ウレタン樹脂粒子、メラミン樹脂粒子、ベンゾグアナミン樹脂粒子、エポキシ樹脂粒子、シリコン樹脂粒子、シリカ粒子、二酸化チタン粒子、フッ化マグネシウム粒子、酸化ジルコニウム粒子、酸化アルミニウム粒子またはガラス粒子であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 光開始剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 酸化防止剤または再作業性改善剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1の記載の粘着剤組成物を硬化された状態で含む粘着剤層を有することを特徴とする粘着パッド。
- 粘着剤層の一面または両面に形成されている粗面化処理されたプラスチックシートまたは遮光パターンが印刷されたプラスチックシートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の粘着パッド。
- 請求項14に記載の粘着パッドを光拡散部材で含むことを特徴とする光学器機用または照明器機用光源。
