Claims (5)
- ベローズの上下端部にそれぞれ上部材及び下部材を止着してなり、前記上部材及び下部材に、互いに当接して上部材の変位量を制限するストッパ面が形成された空気ばねであって、前記下部材は、上下動して当該下部材のストッパ面の高さを調整可能な可動体と、該可動体を上下動可能に保持する保持体とを備え、前記可動体は、保持体に対して中心軸周りに相対的に回転可能とされ、前記可動体及び保持体のうちの少なくとも一方に、他方に対して摺動可能なテーパーが水平面に対して可動体の周方向に傾斜して形成されたことを特徴とする空気ばね。
- 前記上部材及び下部材のうち、少なくとも一方のストッパ面が平面状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記テーパーが複数形成され、各テーパー間に、前記可動体を高さ方向に位置決めする水平面が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記可動体及び保持体のうちの一方を回転させるハンドルが設けられ、該ハンドルを他方に対して固定する固定部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気ばね。
- 空気ばねの下部材に設けられ、空気ばねの上部材に当接して上部材の変位量を制限する空気ばね用ストッパであって、上下動して前記下部材のストッパ面の高さを調整可能な可動体と、該可動体を上下動可能に保持する保持体とを備え、前記可動体は、保持体に対して中心軸周りに相対的に回転可能とされ、前記可動体及び保持体のうちの少なくとも一方に、他方に対して摺動可能なテーパーが水平面に対して可動体の周方向に傾斜して形成されたことを特徴とする空気ばね用ストッパ。
