球窝接头
技术领域
本发明一般地涉及球窝接头,具体地说,涉及这样一种球窝接头,该球窝接头即使在倾斜到最大角度时也能防止由于接触部之间的阻挡而造成的损伤,并且能够保证操作的可靠性。
背景技术
球窝接头被广泛地用作具有球形接头功能的连接装置。
球窝接头主要用来连接转向器的转向轴,或连接安装在豪华车辆中的头灯调平装置以根据车体的变化的位置来调整头灯的照射角度。除了所述转向轴或头灯调平装置之外,球窝接头还被用作对各种设备的部件进行连接的装置。
图1是侧面剖视图,示出了常规的球窝接头。
该球窝接头包括近似呈球状的球头销1以及容纳球头销1以支撑球头销1转动的托架2。
球头销1一般与长杆状轴3联结,而托架2与其它装置或联动装置联结,使得该装置或联动装置相对于球头销1的中心可以倾斜希望的角度。
一般地,在托架2的上部形成倾斜表面以允许轴3的移动,并且在轴3的与球头销1相邻的部分上提供螺母状阻止件4。
所述倾斜面和阻止件4用来限制轴3相对于托架2的转动角度。
然而,当所述球窝接头的轴3转动到最大角度时,轴3的外表面在与托架2的所述倾斜表面接触的同时受到载荷。在具有阻止件4的情形中,阻止件4的一部分与托架2的上表面保持接触。
当轴3绕着接触部受到预定的转矩时,所述球窝接头会部分地受到损伤。如果该损伤严重,那么,球头销1会从托架2脱离出来,这是不希望的。
当轴3在其倾斜到最大角度以及受到载荷的状态中转动时,这一点变得更加严重。
在严重的情况中,所述操作对球窝接头造成的损伤会导致整个设备的错误操作或设备的故障。
发明内容
因此,考虑到现有技术中出现的上述问题而提出了本发明,本发明的目标是,提供一种球窝接头,该球窝接头除了提高操作的可靠性之外,即使在该球窝接头转动到最大角度时也能防止球窝接头各部受到损伤。
为了实现上述目标,提供一种球窝接头,其包括:球形球头销;轴,该轴与所述球头销的侧面联结;托架,该托架具有座部以包围所述球头销的外周;以及弹性部,该弹性部从所述托架向上突出,在所述弹性部的内周上具有倾斜面以限制所述轴的与所述球头销相邻的部分的倾斜角度,以及在所述轴倾斜时发生弹性变形。因此,当所述球窝接头转动到最大时,所述弹性部可吸收冲击,从而防止了各部的损伤或脱离。
此外,所述弹性部可以从所述托架以环形向上突出。因此,所述弹性部可以支撑所述轴的各种角度的转动。
所述球窝接头还可以包括阻止件,该阻止件以环的形状突出,并设置在所述轴的与所述球头销相邻的外周表面上。因此,可以更可靠地限制所述球窝接头的转动角度。
所述球窝接头还可以包括容纳空间,该容纳空间形成在所述弹性部的外周周围,用来在所述轴以最大角度倾斜时容纳所述阻止件的一部分。因此,可以防止由所述阻挡件造成的各部的损伤或脱离
此外,所述容纳空间可以以环的形状形成在所述弹性部的外周周围。因此,所述容纳空间可以应付所述轴的各种角度的转动。
如上所述,本发明所述的球窝接头的优点在于,其托架包括支撑轴的外周并通过弹性变形吸收冲击的弹性部,以及形成在所述弹性部的外周周围以允许弹性变形并容纳阻止件的容纳空间,因此最大程度地减小了各部之间的阻挡,并大大地减小了球头销脱离的可能,从而提高了所述球窝接头的耐用性和操作可靠性。

下面将参考附图详细描述本发明的一个优选实施例所述的球窝接头。

该球窝接头包括球形球头销11和从球头销11的侧面延伸的轴13。轴13呈长圆柱形状,并且当球头销11转动时,它可倾斜以及可转动。
托架20在其中具有座部21以包围球头销11的外周表面,并且除了防止球头销11移动之外,还在保持其中心在预定位置的同时可转动地引导球头销11。
因此,座部21并不包围球头销11的整个外周表面,而是在其上部具有预定的空间,即,具有开口以使球头销11可转动。
轴13和托架20用作连接部件以连接需要作相对倾斜移动或转动的部件。
托架20可以具有各种形状,只要托架20在其中具有座部21即可。例如,托架20可以包括多个部件,包括具有座部的支座、托住所述支座外周的窝穴、以及在联结球头销11后包住球头销11的下部的鞘套。
如上所述,当在所述开口中与球头销11相连的轴13倾斜到最大角度时,轴13就与所述开口周围的托架20的一部分相接触,使得在轴13和托架20之间发生阻挡。
因此,托架20的所述开口用来限制倾斜角度。同时,如果绕着所述接触部对轴13施以转矩,那么,根据杠杆原理,球头销11就沿着球头销11脱离的方向受到大的转矩。
这样一个不希望有的负荷会损害托架20、轴13以及球头销11。如上所述,这样会使球头销11从座部21中脱出。
因此,根据本发明的概念,在轴13的与球头销11联结的部分的外侧提供弹性部22,使该弹性部22从托架20向上突出。
弹性部22包括朝着其内周向下倾斜的倾斜面24。倾斜面24用作一种支座,以便当轴13倾斜到最大时支撑轴13的外周。
优选地,弹性部22呈环状,它向上突出,同时与轴13、球头销11或轴13和球头销11之间的接合部的外周分开预定的间隔。
因此,即使轴13朝任何方向倾斜,倾斜面24都能稳定地支撑轴13。
弹性部22由这样一种材料制成,当轴13在最大倾斜角度处受到载荷时,该材料可弹性变形和恢复。
弹性部22可以与托架20一体形成。优选地,弹性部22与托架20可以注塑成型在一起,作为一种模塑产品。
由于弹性部22形成为支撑轴13的侧面,因此,如果轴13倾斜到最大角度,那么,弹性部22向外变形以吸收冲击。
因此,这就能够减小在球头销11脱离托架20的方向上施加的力,从而防止各部受到损害并防止球头销11的脱离。
此外,在轴13的与球头销11联结的部分的外周设置阻止件14。
阻止件14呈从轴13向外突出的环或螺母的形状。
这样的阻止件14可以与倾斜面24一起限制轴13的最大倾斜角度,但会对所述球窝接头造成损伤。
因此,优选地,在托架20的上部限定空间,以防止由于阻止件14的转动而造成的阻挡。
该空间为在弹性部22的外侧限定的环形容纳空间23,并用来在轴13倾斜到最大角度时容纳阻止件14的一部分。
详细地说,当轴13倾斜时,阻止件14的末端沿着轴13的倾斜方向向下放置。因此,考虑到在轴13倾斜到最大角度时向下放置的阻止件14的高度,形成容纳空间23。
此外,容纳空间23提供弹性部22向外弹性变形时的变形空间。
如上所述,本发明所述的球窝接头的优点在于,其托架包括支撑轴13的外周并通过弹性变形吸收冲击的弹性部22,以及形成在弹性部22的外周周围以允许弹性变形并容纳阻止件14的容纳空间,因此最大程度地减小了各部之间的阻挡,并大大地减小了球头销11脱离的可能。

Claims (2)

1.一种球窝接头,包括:
球形的球头销;
轴,该轴与所述球头销的侧面联结;
托架,该托架具有座部以包围所述球头销的外周;
弹性部,该弹性部从所述托架向上突出,并在所述弹性部的内周上具有倾斜面以限制所述轴的与所述球头销相邻的部分的倾斜角度,该弹性部在所述轴倾斜时发生弹性变形;
阻止件,该阻止件以环的形状突出,并设置在所述轴的与所述球头销相邻的外周表面上;以及
容纳空间,该容纳空间限定在所述托架的上部并形成在所述弹性部的外周周围,用来在所述轴倾斜时容纳所述阻止件的一部分,
其中,所述容纳空间以环的形状形成在所述弹性部的外周周围,并且容纳沿着所述轴的倾斜方向向下放置的所述阻止件的末端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球窝接头,其中,所述弹性部从所述托架以环形向上突出。
