Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、球状のボールスタッドと、ボールスタッドの一方の側に結合するシャフトと、ボールスタッドの外周面を覆う装着部を含むホルダーと、ホルダーの上側に突出し、内周側にシャフトのボールスタッドと隣接する部位の傾斜角度を制限する傾斜面部が形成され、シャフトが最大の傾斜角度に傾斜した際に弾性変形する弾性部と、を含むボールジョイントを提供する。弾性部がボールジョイントの最大回動時に緩衝する役割を果たすため、部品間の損傷や離脱を防止することができる。

Claims (5)
- 球状のボールスタッドと、
前記ボールスタッドの一方の側に結合するシャフトと、
前記ボールスタッドの外周面を覆う装着部を含むホルダーと、
前記ホルダーの上側に突出し、内周側に前記シャフトの前記ボールスタッドと隣接する部位の傾斜角度を制限する傾斜面部が形成され、前記シャフトの傾斜時に弾性変形される弾性部と、
を含むことを特徴とするボールジョイント。 - 前記弾性部は、前記ホルダーの上側にリング状に突出する、請求項1に記載のボールジョイント。
- 前記シャフトの前記ボールスタッドと隣接した外周面にリング状に突出形成されるストッパーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のボールジョイント。
- 前記弾性部の外周側に形成され、前記シャフトの傾斜時に前記ストッパーの一部分が内部に収容される収容空間をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のボールジョイント。
- 前記収容空間は、前記弾性部の外周側にリング状に形成された空間である、請求項4に記載のボールジョイント。
