実施例試験のために作成された図1によるパイロット装置は、次の寸法を有していた:

反応管2=下降管:

サイクロン9の分離容器:
内径:600mm
高さ:900mm
サイクロン14の分離容器:
内径:266mm
高さ:625mm
粒子状の伝熱体/触媒として、Puralox SCCa 150-200(Sasol社、ドイツ国)の商品名の150マイクロメートルの平均粒径d50を有する酸化アルミニウムを使用した。
No.12 反応成分1=アンモニア 1.55kg/h
No.12 反応成分2=メタン 1.46kg/h
No.6 燃料成分1=水素 1.20kg/h
No.7 燃料成分2=空気 43.26kg/h
伝熱体の循環する量170.44kg/h(間接的に計算)
ガスクロマトグラフィーによる組成:
HCN 23.5体積%
水素 72.7体積%
窒素 1.3体積%
メタン 2.5体積%
アンモニア 0体積%
実施例1中の試験を繰り返すが、使用した粒子状の伝熱体/触媒を白金で被覆した(ヘキサクロロ白金酸溶液及び引き続く水素を用いて500℃/5hで還元)。この白金被覆は1.49質量%であった。
ガスクロマトグラフィーによる組成:
HCN 23.8体積%
水素 72.8体積%
窒素 1.1体積%
メタン 2.3体積%
アンモニア 0体積%
Claims (11)
- 反応ガス混合物を間接的な加熱を用いて粒子状の伝熱体と流動層中で接触させることにより反応温度にもたらす、アンモニアを炭化水素と反応させることによる連続的に運転されるシアン化水素の製造方法において、前記方法を2本の管型反応器中で行い、前記伝熱体を移動流動層中で前記管型反応器内を循環的に案内し、前記の一方の管型反応器内で上昇する移動流中で前記伝熱体を加熱し、前記伝熱体を前記の他方の管型反応器内で降下する移動流中で前記反応ガス混合物と接触させることを特徴とする、連続的に運転するシアン化水素の製造方法。
- アンモニア、炭化水素及び場合による水素からなる反応ガス混合物の反応を、750〜1200℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- アンモニア、炭化水素及び場合による水素からなる反応ガス混合物の反応を、800〜900℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状の伝熱体の流動化及び加熱を上昇する移動流中で燃焼により生じた熱ガス流を用いて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水素、メタン、天然ガス、高級炭化水素又はこれらの燃料の混合物を、空気、空気酸素混合物又は酸素と一緒に燃焼させることにより、前記熱ガス流を製造することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記移動流動層の上昇する移動流及び降下する移動流にそれぞれ引き続いて粒子状の伝熱体とガス流との物質的な分離が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 粒子状の伝熱体とガス流とのそれぞれの分離をサイクロンにより行うことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- ガス流から分離された前記粒子状の伝熱体を、粒子間ガス成分の逆洗のために洗浄ガスにより洗浄することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄ガスは、それぞれ主に水素、メタン又は熱ガス流の廃ガスからなることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状の伝熱体は、それぞれ主に酸化アルミニウム、窒化アルミニウム又は酸化アルミニウムと窒化アルミニウムとの混合相からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状の伝熱体は、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ロジウム、銅及びニッケルのグループからなる1種以上の元素でドープされていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
