Claims (5)
- 転がり運動可能な多数のピンを備えるピン歯車と、
多数の鋸歯を備え、前記ピン歯車と相対移動可能に噛み合い結合される平歯車と、
前記ピン歯車に設けられて、前記多数のピンに潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤供給ユニットと、を含む動力伝達装置であって、
前記平歯車の鋸歯歯形は、サイクロイド歯形に形成されるが、前記鋸歯歯形の歯元部分には、多角状の歯元空間部が形成され、
前記歯元空間部は、角部がラウンド処理された四角状を有し、アンダーカットの断面が直線状であり、
前記ピン歯車は、ピニオン型の駆動歯車であり、前記平歯車は、ラック型の従動歯車であり、
前記ピン歯車は、
相互平行に離隔配され、その間で前記多数のピンが円周方向に沿って等間隔に結合される第1及び第2円形板部と、
前記第1及び第2円形板部の露出面にそれぞれ結合される第1及び第2円形キャップと、
前記第1及び第2円形キャップと前記第1及び第2円形板部とを締結させる多数の締結部材と、
前記第1及び第2円形板部にそれぞれ結合されて、前記多数のピンの両端部を転がり運動可能に支持する多数のピン支持軸受と、を含み、
前記潤滑剤供給ユニットは、
前記ピンの内部に設けられて、前記潤滑剤が貯蔵される潤滑剤袋と、
前記潤滑剤袋と連通されるように、前記ピンの側壁に形成され、
前記潤滑剤袋内の潤滑剤を前記ピンの外側に噴射させる潤滑剤噴射孔と、
前記第1及び第2円形キャップのうち何れか一つの円形キャップの内部に設けられて、前記ピンの潤滑剤袋側に潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤供給部と、を含み、
前記潤滑剤供給部は、前記何れか一つの円形キャップの内面に溝状に加工されるが、半径方向外側に行くほどその断面積が漸進的に減る放射形構造を有することを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記歯元空間部は、前記ピンの円周方向に沿う逃げ空間は許容するが、半径方向は、前記ピンと前記歯元とが相互拘束されるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記潤滑剤噴射孔は、一本のピンで前記ピンの長手方向に沿って互いに対称になる位置に2個設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記潤滑剤供給ユニットは、前記潤滑剤噴射孔より相対的に大きいサイズを有し、前記ピンの両端部に配されて、前記ピンの摩擦面積を減少させる多数のボールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記平歯車は、曲線状を有し、前記ピン歯車は、前記平歯車に部分的に内接または外接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
