Description
(1)前述の実施形態では、径方向導電部12の外側端12aを接地面に露出させた例を示したが、これに代えて、径方向導電部の外側端を接地面に露出する導電性ゴム部材に接続してもよい。図11の例では、一端が接地面に露出し且つ他端がサイドウォールゴム9に至る導電性ゴム部材19をトレッドゴム10に埋設し、その導電性ゴム部材19に径方向導電部12の外側端12aを接続している。導電性ゴム部材19の他端は、トレッドゴム10の底面や外周面に到達させてもよい。

Claims (6)
- トレッド部からサイドウォール部を経てビード部に至るトロイド状のカーカスと、非導電性ゴムで形成され且つトレッド部における前記カーカスの外側に設けられたトレッドゴムと、非導電性ゴムで形成され且つサイドウォール部における前記カーカスの外側に設けられたサイドウォールゴムとを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記サイドウォールゴムの外面に、導電性ゴムで形成され且つタイヤ径方向に沿って延びる帯状の径方向導電部が設けられており、前記径方向導電部の外側端が、接地面に露出し或いは接地面に露出する導電性ゴム部材に接続され、前記径方向導電部の内側端が、ビード部のリム接触領域に露出し或いは導電性ゴムで形成されたリムストリップゴムに接続され、
前記径方向導電部の外面を窪ませてなり且つタイヤ径方向に沿って延びる細溝が、サイドウォール部に設けられていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイドウォールゴムの外面に、導電性ゴムで形成され且つタイヤ周方向に沿って延びる帯状の周方向導電部が設けられ、前記周方向導電部が、タイヤ周方向に間隔を設けて配置された複数本の前記径方向導電部を横断する請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記周方向導電部の外面を隆起させて表示マークを形成してある請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド部からサイドウォール部を経てビード部に至るトロイド状のカーカスと、非導電性ゴムで形成され且つトレッド部における前記カーカスの外側に設けられたトレッドゴムと、非導電性ゴムで形成され且つサイドウォール部における前記カーカスの外側に設けられたサイドウォールゴムとを含むタイヤ構成部材を組み合わせて、未加硫タイヤを成形する工程と、
前記サイドウォールゴムの外面に、導電性ゴムで形成された帯状の導電テープをタイヤ径方向に沿って配置するとともに、前記導電テープの外側端を、接地面に露出させ或いは接地面に露出する導電性ゴム部材に接続し、前記導電テープの内側端を、ビード部のリム接触領域に露出させ或いは導電性ゴムで形成されたリムストリップゴムに接続する工程と、
前記未加硫タイヤを加硫金型にセットして加硫処理を施し、その加硫金型の内面に設けられた突起を前記導電テープに押し当てて、前記導電テープの外面を窪ませてなり且つタイヤ径方向に沿って延びる細溝をサイドウォール部に設ける工程とを有する空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 複数本の前記導電テープを、タイヤ周方向に間隔を設けて且つタイヤ径方向に対をなすように配置するとともに、そのタイヤ径方向に対をなす前記導電テープのうち、一方のテープ幅を他方のテープ幅よりも大きくする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 複数本の前記導電テープを、タイヤ周方向に間隔を設けて且つタイヤ径方向に対をなすように配置するとともに、そのタイヤ径方向に対をなす前記導電テープを、タイヤ周方向にて互いに逆向きにオフセット配置する請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
