Description
Inch)の空隙を持つポリウレタンフォーム材質であることを特徴とする。
Per Inch)の空隙を持つポリウレタンフォーム(Polyurethane Foam)材質を設置して使用することができる。具体的に、50ppi(Pore Per Inch)以下の空隙を持つポリウレタンフォーム(Polyurethane Foam) 材質をフィルタ部材で使う場合には前記空隙を通じてダストが流入し易くなる問題があり、また剛性が脆弱になり本発明に係るフィルタ部の材質として適切でないという問題がある。また、100ppi以上の空隙を持つポリウレタンフォーム材質を使う場合には騒音減殺効果が落ちて本発明によるフィルタ部材として使用するには適切ではないという問題がある。よって、前記のように本発明によるフィルタ部(200)は50〜100ppi(Pore Per Inch)の空隙を持つポリウレタンフォーム(Polyurethane Foam)材質を設置して使用することとする。

Claims (1)
- 一端はエンジンルーム外部の新鮮な空気が流入するように流入口が形成されて、もう一方の端はエアクリーナと連結する流出口が形成されて、吸入空気が流入する経路上に開口ホールが形成されたエアダクト;及び
前記エアダクトの開口ホールに設置され前記エアダクトを通じて流動する吸入空気の全ての周波数帯域で騒音減殺が可能になるようにポリウレタンフォーム材質で形成されたフィルタ部;を含んで形成され、
前記フィルタ部は50〜100ppiの空隙を持つポリウレタンフォームであり、
前記エアダクトにはフィルタ部の離脱を防止して安定的に支持固定するため、前記フィルタ部の側面に固定カバーが設置され、
前記固定カバーにはフィルタ部を経由して流動する吸入空気の安定した排出が成り立つように排出孔が形成され、
前記固定カバーの外部面には上端から下方向へ広がるように形成された1段またはそれ以上の誘導板が形成され、エアダクト内部へ外部の異物が流入することを防止することと同時に、前記エアダクトから外部へ排出される流体の流れを下方向へ流れるように誘導することによって、流体の流れによる騒音を低減するようにしたことを特徴とする車両用エアダクトアッセンブリ。
