Description
Claims (2)
- 連続した基材上に有機溶質と溶媒とからなる有機溶液を塗布した後、この基材上の有機溶液を所定の雰囲気温度下で乾燥して硬化することによって、前記基材上に前記有機溶質を硬化してなる樹脂の薄膜層を備えた複合材料シートを製造する複合材料シートの製造装置において、
長手方向に搬送されている有機溶液を塗布された基材に対して前記有機溶液中の溶媒を10〜15%残留するまで加熱乾燥させる閉空間を備えた予備加熱手段を設け、
前記予備加熱手段の前記閉空間内に、当該予備加熱手段によって予備加熱された有機溶液を塗布された基材をその長手方向に搬入・搬出自在としたキュア炉を設け、
前記キュア炉によって処理された基材を常温まで徐冷する徐冷手段を前記予備加熱手段の下流側に設け、
前記予備加熱手段において、前記キュア炉に搬入される直前の有機溶液を塗布された基材を前記閉空間内にて不活性ガス雰囲気に保持して基材の酸化を防止させる不活性ガス供給手段を設け、
前記キュア炉内に、前記基材の乾燥すべき有機溶液が塗布されていない面を巻回させて搬送するとともに前記基材および有機溶液を加熱するロールと、このロールと基材との間に不活性ガス膜を形成させるとともに前記キュア炉内を前記基材の酸化を防止させる低酸素濃度に維持する不活性ガス供給手段と、前記ロールに巻回されている基材に塗布されている有機溶液を前記樹脂のガラス転移点以上の温度に加熱して前記有機溶液中の溶媒の残留量を1%以下にする加熱手段と、前記予備加熱手段からキュア炉に対して搬入・搬出される基材を予備加熱手段およびキュア炉の両側において同等の温度状態となるように加熱するカーテン用窒素ガスノズルとを設け、
前記キュア炉内における処理を終了されて前記キュア炉から前記予備加熱手段の前記閉空間内へ搬出された基材であって当該閉空間内を前記予備加熱手段から前記徐冷手段へ向けて搬送される間の基材を徐冷するヒータを前記徐冷手段の一部として設けた
ことを特徴とする複合材料シートの製造装置。 - 前記基材は銅の薄膜であり、樹脂はポリイミド樹脂であり、不活性ガスは窒素ガスであり、前記予備加熱手段の不活性ガス供給手段部分における酸素濃度は500〜1000PPMであり、前記キュア炉内の酸素濃度は100〜500PPMであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料シートの製造装置。
