Claims (3)
- 連続した基材上に有機溶剤を塗布した後、この基材上の有機溶剤を所定の雰囲気温度下で乾燥して硬化することによって、前記基材上に前記有機溶剤を硬化してなる樹脂の薄膜層を備えた複合材料シートを製造する複合材料シートの製造装置において、
有機溶剤を塗布された基材をその長手方向に搬入・搬出自在としたキュア炉を設け、
このキュア炉内に基材の有機溶剤が塗布されていない面を巻回させて自由回転状態で回転して搬送するとともに基材の有機溶剤と反対側の表面の温度を、前記ガラス転移点よりも低い温度に保持するように形成されているロールと、このロールと基材との間に不活性ガス膜を形成させるとともに前記キュア炉内を低酸素濃度に維持する不活性ガス供給手段と、前記ロールに巻回されている基材に塗布されている有機溶剤を前記樹脂のガラス転移点以上の温度に加熱する加熱手段とを設けた
ことを特徴とする複合材料シートの製造装置。 - 前記ロールは、外周面に細かな凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料シートの製造装置。
- 基材は銅または他の金属の薄膜であり、樹脂はポリイミド樹脂であり、不活性ガスは窒素ガスであり、酸素濃度は100〜2500PPMであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材料シートの製造装置。
