Claims (9)
- 圧延スタンドにおける脚状部(51)と、
該脚状部(51)に設けられつつそれぞれ少なくとも2つのロールを有する2つのロールグループ(52,53,54,55)と
を備えて成り、被圧延材(56)が一方のロールグループにおける1つのロールと他方のロールグループにおける1つのロールとの間を通過するよう構成され、前記2つのロールグループのうち少なくともいずれかのロールグループにおける前記ロール(52,53)が前記脚状部(51)に対して圧延方向へ変位可能となっているとともに、これらロールを収容するそれぞれの軸受の両側と前記脚状部(51)との間に調整手段が設けられた圧延機(50)において、
変位可能な前記ロールグループに、該ロールグループにおける少なくとも2つの前記ロールのための軸受を設け、変位可能な前記ロールグループを、少なくとも2つのロールを含む構成とし、これらロールの両側それぞれに前記調整手段を設けるとともに、これらロールのうちいずれか1つをワークロールとして形成し、他のうちいずれか1つをバックアップロールとして形成し、前記調整手段を、前記ロールそれぞれの高さ位置で前記軸受に設け、前記各ロールグループにおける各ロールの軸中心線を互いに平行に設定し、ワークロール間の調整可能な間隔を、0〜200mmに設定したことを特徴とする圧延機。 - 上側のロールグループ及び/又は下側のロールグループを変位可能に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧延機。
- 前記上側のロールグループにおける少なくとも1つのロールであるワークロールと、前記下側のロールグループにおける少なくとも1つのロールであるワークロールとを互いに異なる径を有するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の圧延機。
- 前記ワークロールの直径を550〜1400mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の圧延機。
- 前記ワークロールの直径差を0〜50%に設定したことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の圧延機。
- 前記調整手段に油圧式及び/又は機械式の調整機構を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧延機。
- 前記各ロールグループにおけるワークロールである前記ロールを、それぞれ異なる回転数又は周速度で駆動可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の圧延機。
- 回転数又は周速度の差を、1〜20%の間に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧延機。
- 前記被圧延材における厚さ減少量を1〜75mmに設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧延機。
