Description
生分解性樹脂中のポリ乳酸の含有量が70質量%以上であり、
生分解性樹脂組成物中のワックスの含有量が0.2〜10質量%であり、
ワックスが天然のキャンデリラワックスまたはパラフィンワックスであり、
この発泡体を構成する生分解性樹脂の結晶化度が10%以上であり、
40℃、100%RHにおける水蒸気透過度が50g・mm/m 2 /day以下であることを特徴とする生分解性樹脂発泡体。
生分解性樹脂中のポリ乳酸の含有量が70質量%以上であり、
生分解性樹脂組成物中のワックスの含有量が0.2〜10質量%であり、
ワックスが天然のキャンデリラワックスまたはパラフィンワックスであり、
この容器を構成する生分解性樹脂の結晶化度が10%以上であり、
40℃、100%RHにおける水蒸気透過度が50g・mm/m 2 /day以下であることを特徴とする生分解性樹脂成形容器。
(1)グリコール酸、乳酸、ヒドロキシブチルカルボン酸などのヒドロキシアルキルカルボン酸、
(2)グリコリド、ラクチド、ブチロラクトン、カプロラクトンなどの脂肪族ラクトン、
(3)エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブタンジオールなどの脂肪族ジオール、
(4)ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、エチレン/プロピレングリコール、ジヒドロキシエチルブタンなどのようなポリアルキレンエーテルのオリゴマ−、および、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリブチレンエーテルなどのポリアルキレングリコール、
(5)ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリブチレンカーボネート、ポリヘキサンカーボネート、ポリオクタンカーボネート、ポリデカンカーボネート等のポリアルキレンカーボネートグリコールおよびそれらのオリゴマ−、
(6)コハク酸、アジピン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、デカンジカルボン酸などの脂肪族ジカルボン酸など、脂肪族ポリエステル重合原料に由来する成分を主成分として70質量%以上有するものであって、脂肪族ポリエステルのブロックおよび/またはランダム共重合体、および脂肪族ポリエステルに他の成分、例えば芳香族ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリオルガノシロキサン等を30質量%以下(ブロックまたはランダム)共重合したもの、および/またはそれらの混合したもの、
をすべて包含することができる。
示差屈折率検知器を備えたゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)装置(島津製作所社製)を用い、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)を溶出液として40℃で分析を行い、標準ポリスチレン換算で試料の分子量を求めた。なおTHFに溶けにくい試料は、少量のクロロホルムに溶解後、THFで希釈し、サンプルとした。
パ−キンエルマー社製の示差走査型熱量計DSC−7型を用い、試料を昇温速度20℃/分で測定したときの融解吸収曲線の初期極値を与える温度をガラス転移温度(Tg)とし、最大値を与える温度を融点(Tm)とした。
パーキンエルマー社製の示差走査型熱量計DSC−7型を用い、試料を昇温速度20℃/分でTm+30℃まで昇温した後、降温速度20℃/分で−50℃まで降温した際の融解吸収曲線の初期極値を与える温度を結晶化温度(Tc)とした。
DSC装置(パーキンエルマー社製、Pyrisl DSC)を用い、試料を20℃から200℃まで+500℃/分で昇温し、その後200℃で5分間保持し、結晶化させた。最終的に到達する結晶化度を1としたとき、結晶化度が0.5に達するまでの時間を結晶化速度指数(分)として求めた。
発泡体、成形容器から試料片を採取し、RAD−rBX線回折装置(理学電機工業社製)を用い、WAXD反射粉末法(X線:Cu−Kα線/50kV/200mA、スキャンスピード:2°/min)により測定した。

の式から求め、密度法により結晶化度を決定した。そしてこの試料のX線強度を測定し、密度法の結晶化度とX線での測定との相関関係を求めた。
JIS K7210のD条件に記載の方法に準じて、温度190℃にて測定した。
得られた発泡体を水中に浸漬した際に増加する体積で、発泡体の質量を割り算して、見掛け密度を算出し、そして発泡体を構成する樹脂の真密度を見掛け密度で割り算して発泡倍率を求めた。
モコン社製の透湿度測定器(PERMATRAN−W3/31MW)を用いて、40℃、100%RHにおける水蒸気透過度(g/m2/day)を測定し、試料の厚み(mm)で換算した値(g・mm/m2/day)を求めた。この値が小さいほど防湿性が優れる。
モコン社製の酸素透過度測定器(OX−TRAN 2/20MH)を用いて、20℃、90%RHにおける酸素透過度(ml/m2/day/MPa)を測定した。この値が小さいほどガスバリア性が優れる。
押出発泡装置を用い、発泡体を製造する際の操業状態とシートの状態を観察して、下記のように評価した。
真空・圧空成形機(浅野研究所社製)を用い、容器を成形した時の成形性をみて、下記のように評価した。
シートから縦20cm×横20cmの試料片を作製し、熱風型乾燥機を用いて、温度100℃、処理時間30分で熱処理し、試料片の収縮率の測定とその状態の観察とを行い、下記ように評価した。
試料としての容器に常温の水50mlを入れ、食品包装用ラップフィルムで容器の開口をシールし、500Wの電子レンジで2分間温め、温めた後の容器の状態を目視観察し、下記ように評価した。
○:表面が若干肌荒れしているものの、変形していない。
ガラス転移温度(Tg)が57℃、融点(Tm)が168℃、重量平均分子量が10万であるポリL−乳酸(ネイチャー・ワークス社製、以下「PLA」と記す)を用い、これに平均粒径2.5μmタルクを2.0質量%ドライブレンドしたのち、温度200℃の二軸混練機(池貝社製、型番:PCM−45)に供給した。一方、架橋剤としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレートと、ラジカル重合開始剤としてのジブチルパーオキサイドと(混合溶液の質量比率が1:2)を用い、樹脂成分100質量部に対し、それぞれ0.15質量部、0.30質量部になるよう二軸混練機の途中より注入混練して、生分解性樹脂のペレットを採取した。
キャンデリラワックスに代えて、パラフィンワックス(日本精ろう社製、パラフィンワックス155)を使用した。また炭酸ガスの添加量を1.5質量%とした。そして、それ以外は実施例2と同様にして、発泡シートを作製した。得られた発泡シートは、独立気泡からなる発泡倍率7倍相当、厚み2.0mmの均一なシートであった。
実施例2、7の発泡体の製造時に得られた発泡シートを使用して、真空・圧空成形機(浅野研究所社製)に供給し、食品用どんぶり型容器(開口部内径=150mm、底部内径=60mm、容器の絞り比(L/D)=0.5)を表2に示す条件で成形した。
Claims (2)
- 生分解性樹脂とワックスとを含有する生分解性樹脂組成物にて形成された発泡シートにより形成された発泡体であって、
生分解性樹脂中のポリ乳酸の含有量が70質量%以上であり、
生分解性樹脂組成物中のワックスの含有量が0.2〜10質量%であり、
ワックスが天然のキャンデリラワックスまたはパラフィンワックスであり、
この発泡体を構成する生分解性樹脂の結晶化度が10%以上であり、
40℃、100%RHにおける水蒸気透過度が50g・mm/m 2 /day以下であることを特徴とする生分解性樹脂発泡体。 - 生分解性樹脂とワックスとを含有する生分解性樹脂組成物にて形成された発泡シートにて成形された成形容器であって、
生分解性樹脂中のポリ乳酸の含有量が70質量%以上であり、
生分解性樹脂組成物中のワックスの含有量が0.2〜10質量%であり、
ワックスが天然のキャンデリラワックスまたはパラフィンワックスであり、
この容器を構成する生分解性樹脂の結晶化度が10%以上であり、
40℃、100%RHにおける水蒸気透過度が50g・mm/m 2 /day以下であることを特徴とする生分解性樹脂成形容器。
