Claims (4)
- 混練材料を収容する容器と、該容器の内壁面に沿って移動し、該容器内で公転しながら自転する混練部材と、該容器内で公転しながら自転し容器内の混練材料をせん断する破砕羽根と、を有する混練造粒機であって、
該容器は、内底面と該内壁面とを有し、
該混練部材は、混練材料を該容器の該内壁面に対して押し付け得、それによって、混練材料を容器内壁面との間で混練し得るように、容器の内壁面に対応する形状の羽根を有し、
粉砕羽根は、回転可能な中央軸に軸方向と直交する平行羽根を複数取り付けて構成され、
該混練部材および破砕羽根は、それぞれ公転速度と自転速度が独立に調節可能であり、
該公転速度と混練部材の回転速度及び破砕羽根の回転速度を任意に変更することが可能であり、
該混練材料は、粉体と結合液とを含む、混練造粒機。 - 前記公転しながら自転する混練部材と公転しながら自転する破砕羽根の回転方向はそれぞれ公転方向に対して、正転、逆転が可能である請求項1記載の混練造粒機。
- 前記結合液を容器内に投入するノズルが容器の上部に設けられている請求項1記載の混練造粒機。
- 前記容器が、さらに真空又は減圧乾燥器を備えている請求項1記載の混練造粒機。
