Claims (5)
- 内周側にブッシュが嵌着して設けられたボス部材と、前記ブッシュの内周側に挿通され前記ボス部材を相手方部材に回動可能に連結する連結ピンと、前記ブッシュの軸方向両端側に位置して前記ボス部材と連結ピンとの間に設けられたダストシールとを備え、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部には、その内周側に位置し前記連結ピンをブッシュ内に挿通するときのガイド面となるテーパ状の面取り部を形成してなる軸受装置において、
前記ダストシールは、前記ボス部材の内周側に締代をもって嵌合する筒状の嵌合筒部と、該嵌合筒部の端部から径方向内向きに延び前記ブッシュの軸方向端面に面接触状態で当接するブッシュ端面当接部と、該ブッシュ端面当接部の径方向内側部位から前記ブッシュとは反対方向の斜め内向きに傾斜して延び先端側が前記連結ピンの外周面に摺接するリップ部と、前記ブッシュ端面当接部の径方向内側部位から該リップ部とは逆向きに突出し前記ブッシュの面取り部に被さるように当接するシール突起とにより構成し、
前記シール突起により、前記ブッシュの軸方向端面と前記ダストシールのブッシュ端面当接部との間に潤滑剤が廻り込んで前記ダストシールに軸方向の押圧力が作用するのを抑制する構成としたことを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記ブッシュの面取り部は、予め決められた角度αで傾斜したテーパ面により形成し、前記ダストシールのシール突起は、該テーパ面に対して先端が接触した状態で被さる構成としてなる請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記ダストシールのシール突起は、前記ブッシュ端面当接部の径方向内側部位から断面三角形状をなして突出する構成とし、その先端部が前記連結ピンの軸線と平行な直線となす角度βは、前記テーパ面が前記直線となす角度αよりも小さい角度に設定してなる請求項2に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記ダストシールの嵌合筒部内には、剛性を有するリングを埋め込んで設ける構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記ダストシールは、高硬度エステル系ウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリアセタール、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、充填材入りのポリテトラフルオロエチレンまたはポリオキシメチレンからなる自己潤滑性を有した可撓性樹脂材料により形成してなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の軸受装置。
