Claims (2)
- 内周側にブッシュ嵌合穴が形成された筒状のボス部材と、該ボス部材のブッシュ嵌合穴に嵌着して設けられたブッシュと、該ブッシュの内周側に挿通され前記ボス部材を相手方部材に回動可能に連結する連結ピンと、前記ブッシュの軸方向両端側に位置して前記ボス部材の内周側と連結ピンとの間に設けられたシール部材とを備え、
前記シール部材は、前記ボス部材の内周に挿嵌される円筒部から径方向内向きに延びた内向き環状部に前記連結ピンに摺接するリップ部を有し、樹脂材料を用いて一体形成された円筒体により構成してなる軸受装置において、
前記シール部材の円筒部の外周面には、前記円筒部の周方向に間隔をもって配置され前記ボス部材に対して前記シール部材を軸方向に抜け止めする複数の抜止め部を設け、
該各抜止め部は、前記シール部材の円筒部の外周面から径方向外向きに突設され前記円筒部と同等な軸方向寸法を有する突起部により構成し、
該突起部は、その軸方向端面を前記円筒部の軸方向端面と同一の平面上に配置する構成としたことを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記シール部材と前記抜止め部とは、樹脂材料を用いて一体に成形する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
