Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシート2と、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂組成物と加硫接着するゴムが積層されてなる所定長さを有する積層体シート1を用い、積層体シート1の端部をラップスプライスした状態でタイヤの加硫成形をする工程を経て、積層体シート1からインナーライナー層10を形成する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、少なくとも熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシート2を所定長さに切断するに際して、60℃以上で熱可塑性樹脂の融点以下の温度条件下で非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて切断する。

Description
(1)熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートと、該熱可塑性樹脂または該熱可塑性樹脂組成物と加硫接着するゴムが積層されてなる所定長さを有する積層体シートを用い、該シートの端部をラップスプライスした状態でタイヤの加硫成形をする工程を経て、該積層体シートからインナーライナー層を形成する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、少なくとも前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートを前記所定長さに切断するに際して、60℃以上で該熱可塑性樹脂の融点以下の温度条件下で非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて切断することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(2)前記非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて切断する手法が、該刃物を前記シート面の垂直方向から該シート面に当接させることにより切断することを特徴とする上記(1)記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(3)前記刃物として、刃の先端から0.1mm離れた位置での刃の厚さが30μm以上である非鋭利刃先を有するものを用いることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(4)前記刃物として、刃の先端部に曲率が付いている非鋭利刃先を有するものを用いることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
(5)前記非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて、少なくとも前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートに対して行う切断が、該熱可塑性樹脂または前記熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端から、(t×1/3)長さ分内側に入った位置で、厚さT(μm)が、0.1t≦T≦0.8tを満足する関係を有するようにされるものであることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
T:熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端から、(t×1/3)長さ分内側に入った位置での該シートの厚さ(μm)、
インナーライナー層を構成する熱可塑性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のシートは、実施例1および比較例1では、N6/66共重合体の厚さ130μmの熱可塑性樹脂シートを用いた。

Claims (5)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートと、該熱可塑性樹脂または該熱可塑性樹脂組成物と加硫接着するゴムが積層されてなる所定長さを有する積層体シートを用い、該積層体シートの端部をラップスプライスした状態でタイヤの加硫成形をする工程を経て、該積層体シートからインナーライナー層を形成する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、少なくとも前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートを前記所定長さに切断するに際して、60℃以上で該熱可塑性樹脂の融点以下の温度条件下で非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて切断することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて切断する手法が、該刃物を前記シート面の垂直方向から該シート面に当接させることにより切断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記刃物として、刃の先端から0.1mm離れた位置での刃の厚さが30μm以上である非鋭利刃先を有するものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記刃物として、刃の先端部に曲率が付いている非鋭利刃先を有するものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記非鋭利刃先を有する刃物を用いて、少なくとも前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートに対して行う切断が、該熱可塑性樹脂または前記熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端から、(t×1/3)長さ分内側に入った位置で、厚さT(μm)が、0.1t≦T≦0.8tを満足する関係を有するようにされるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
ここで、t:熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシート(切断による変形部を含まない)のタイヤ周方向の平均厚さ(μm)
T:熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端から、(t×1/3)長さ分内側に入った位置での該シートの厚さ(μm)
