Description
ジエン系ゴム組成物(B)の調製
表Iに示す配合において、加硫促進剤と硫黄を除く成分を2リットルの密閉型ミキサーで5分間混練し、165±5℃に達したときに放出してマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチに加硫促進剤と硫黄をオープンロールで混練し、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られたゴム組成物を用いて以下の接着性を評価した。結果は表Iに示す。

*3:住友化学(株)製ポリエチレン系接着剤「ボンドファースト 7B」
*4:日本ゼオン(株)製液状ポリブタジエン「ポリオイル」
*5:新日本石油化学(株)製エポキシ化液状ポリブタジエン「E−1800−6.5」(分子量:1800)
*6:新日本石油化学(株)製マレイン化液状ポリブタジエン「M−2000−20」(分子量:2000)
*8:日本油脂(株)製ステアリン酸「ビーズステアリン酸YR」
*9:正同化学工業(株)製酸化亜鉛「酸化亜鉛3種」
*10:鶴見化学工業(株)製油処理硫黄
*11:大内新興化学工業(株)製チウラム系加硫促進剤「TOT−N」
通常のシート成形方法にて押出成形した熱可塑性TPRフィルム(ナイロン6.66を連続相とし、ブチル系ゴムの動的加硫物を分散層としたフィルム)と表Iの各例に記載の配合の未加硫ゴム組成物の2mmシートとを接着剤層を用いることなく、貼り合わせて180℃で10分加硫して積層し、2号ダンベルに切断し、熱可塑性TPRフィルムの中央部に軸方向にカット傷(5mm)を入れたサンプルを作成した。これを上島製鉄所(株)製デマッチャクラック試験機にてチャック間60mmでストローク10mmの連続的な引張り歪みを70℃の雰囲気下に50万回繰り返した。試験後のフィルム剥れを以下の判定基準で評価した。
○:カット傷から微小な剥がれが見られるものの、ゴムの材料破壊であるもの
×:カット傷からフィルム/ゴム間での界面剥離となっているもの
表Iの各例記載の配合した未加硫ゴム組成物(幅)10×(長さ)200×(厚さ)2mmのと、被圧着用フィルム(ナイロン6.66を連続相とし、エラストマーが分散したシート)(幅)70mm×(長さ)100mm×(厚さ)0.2mmを用意する。室温25℃湿度60%雰囲気下で東洋精機(株)製PICMAタックテスターで測定した圧着速度500mm/min条件での粘着力(gw)を算出した。この値の大きい方が粘着力が大きい。
Claims (5)
- ポリアミド樹脂のマトリックスにエラストマーが分散した熱可塑性樹脂層(A)とジエン系ゴム及び酸無水物基を有する重量平均分子量500〜50,000の低分子量ジエン系ゴムを含む未加硫ジエン系ゴム層(B)とを、部分的又は全体に、少なくとも1層ずつ含む積層物を加硫時に一体化させてなる積層体をインナーライナーとカーカス層又はタイゴム層として用いた空気入りタイヤ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂層(A)がポリアミド樹脂のマトリックスに少なくとも部分的に動的加硫したエラストマーが非連続的に分散した熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂層(A)のエラストマーが少なくとも部分的に動的加硫されたイソブチレン−パラメチルスチレン共重合体のハロゲン化物である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ジエン系ゴムが天然ゴム、ポリイソプレンゴム、ポリブタジエンゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴム及びアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記低分子量ジエン系ゴムがマレイン化液状ポリブタジエン及び/又はマレイン化液状ポリイソプレンゴムである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
