Description
(B)二重結合を有するスチレン系共重合体100重量部、金属酸化物30〜300重量部並びに加硫剤及び/又は加硫促進剤を含んでなる粘接着剤組成物の層
との積層体、又は
前記積層体に、(C)未加硫ゴム組成物の層を更に積層してゴムの加硫時に一体化した積層体並びに
それらの積層体を用いた空気入りタイヤが提供される。
実施例1〜11、参考例1〜2及び比較例1〜2
熱可塑性エラストマー組成物(A)の層の調製
表Iに示す配合において、各配合剤を二軸混練押し出し機に投入し、設定温度200℃にて混練し、直径約3mmのストランドに押出し、ストランドカッターにてペレット状に加工した。これを幅400mmのTダイにて厚さ0.2mmのシート状に成形した。
表IIに示す配合において、各配合剤を一軸混練押し出し機に投入し、設定温度110℃にて混練し、直径約3mmのストランド状に押出し、ストランドカッターにてペレット状に加工した。これを幅400mmのTダイにて厚さ0.03mmのシート状に成形した。

カーカスゴム層の調製
表IIIに示す配合において、加硫剤を除く各配合剤を1.7リットルのバンバリーミキサーにて、設定温度70℃にて5分間混練してマスターバッチを得た。次いで8インチのロールで加硫剤を混練し、厚さ2mmの未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
シート状の熱可塑性エラストマーと粘接着剤を貼り合せた複合体フィルム(熱可塑性エラストマー層:0.2mm、粘接着剤組成物層:0.03mm)を、表IIIの配合の未加硫ゴムシート(厚さ2mm)に貼り合わせて160℃×20分で加硫し、幅25mm、長さ100mmの短冊状に切断した。
○:カット傷から微小な剥がれ(カット傷からの距離が2mm未満)が見られるもの(ゴムまたは粘接着剤の材料破壊であるもの)
×:カット傷から大きな剥がれ(カット傷からの距離が2mm以上)が生じ、界面剥離となっているもの
耐候性(破断強度変化率、破断伸び変化率)
シート状の熱可塑性エラストマーと粘接着剤を貼り合せた複合体フィルム(熱可塑性エラストマー層:0.2mm、接着層:0.03mm)を用い、サンシャインウェザ メーターにて耐候性の促進劣化試験を行った(条件;63℃の条件で水スプレー18分、スプレー停止102分を1スプレーサイクルとして96時間処理)。
Claims (12)
- (A)熱可塑性樹脂のマトリックス中に、ハロゲン化されたイソブチレン−イソプレン共重合体及び/又はハロゲン化されたイソブチレン−パラメチルスチレン共重合体をポリマー成分とするゴム相が分散した熱可塑性エラストマーの層と、
(B)二重結合を有するスチレン系共重合体100重量部、金属酸化物30〜300重量部並びに加硫剤及び/又は加硫促進剤を含んでなる粘接着剤組成物の層との積層体。 - 請求項1に記載の積層体に、更に(C)ゴム成分を含む未加硫ゴム組成物の層を積層し、ゴム成分の加硫時に一体化した積層体。
- 熱可塑性樹脂がポリアミド系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリニトリル系樹脂、ポリメタクリレート系樹脂及びポリビニル系樹脂からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種である請求項1又は2に記載の積層体。
- 未加硫ゴム組成物中のゴム成分がジエン系ゴムである請求項2又は3に記載の積層体。
- 金属酸化物の配合量が100〜300重量部である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 金属酸化物が酸化亜鉛である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 金属酸化物が酸化マグネシウムである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- スチレン系共重合体の少なくとも一部がエポキシ化されたスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロックコポリマーである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 加硫剤及び/又は加硫促進剤の配合量が、スチレン系共重合体100重量部当り、0.5〜10重量部である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 粘接着剤組成物(B)の加硫促進剤がチウラム系加硫促進剤である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 粘接着剤組成物(B)の加硫剤が過酸化物である請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の積層体を用いた空気入りタイヤ。
