Claims (8)
- 摩擦及び接合及び/又は滑り能力を備えた要素(2)を取り付けるためのボア(1a)を有する本体(1)を成す、オイルを含んだ状態で作動するグリースを塗られたガイド部材であって、
前記本体(1)は、高い耐磨耗性及び/又は耐固着性及び耐食性を有している材料から作製され、
前記ボア(1a)の各端部は、グリースが摩擦領域から失われることを妨げるために適切な、前記ボアの円周方向に沿って設けられた少なくとも1つのチャンネル(1b)及び(1c)を有しており、
前記ボア(1a)は、少なくとも前記チャンネル(1b)とチャンネル(1c)との間に、少なくとも1つの前記チャンネルで終点し、グリース保存部として作用するために適切な方向付けられた溝(1d)を有しており、
前記チャンネルは、空間(e)を備えて本体の長さ全体に配されており、これにより:
の関係を満たしていることを特徴とするガイド部材。 - 前記本体(1)の前記ボアは、全ての前記溝にグリースを供給するために、その全長に亘って配され且つ円周方向に沿って設けられたチャンネル(1e)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記溝は、グリッドを形成するように方向付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記チャンネル(1b)及び(1c)の深さは、溝(1d)の深さより1から10倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記チャンネル(1b)及び(1c)の深さは、最大でも前記本体の厚さのおよそ3分の1と等しく、前記チャンネルの幅は、0.5mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記溝(1d)の深さは、0.1mm〜約0.6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記溝(1d)は、摩擦領域の30%から70%に相当する領域を境界付けていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
- 前記チャンネル(1b)及び(1c)は、前記ボア(1a)の端部のそれぞれから1mm〜6mmの間に位置された請求項1に記載のガイド部材。
